The owner fought for us every step of the way and tried to explain to American Homesheild what we needed they refused to give in to Budget Plumbing. My husband has cancer of the throat (had to have his voicebox removed), lung cancer and is now undergoing test to see if he has liver cancer also. Our water heater gave out on us and we had been out of hot water for over a week. While the people at American Homesheild decided (which I am sure none of them have ever had done any physical plumbing themselves) decided for the plumbing company to just change a valve. I tried explaining to them about my husband's condition & it made no difference whatsoever. Even if it would be over 3 weeks to get the part in (the plumber had a new water heater he could install) American Homesheild decided that we could wait for that. Thank God the men at Budget Plumbing were able to get this valve in that the "experts" at American Homesheild said should work. We have done business with American Homesheild for over 10 years, faithfully paying our bill every month and this is the way they treat their customers. They came as promised and did an amazing job at replacing our pipes and even cleaned up after themselves and left our yard looking nice. I was so pleased with their work and highly recommend them!
