However their impersonal services, like online banking, needs a serious 21st century upgrade. Resetting your password online and getting approved to make transactions via the Bratt Bank app are not streamlined. It's a clunky process.

This is quite possibly the worst service experience I have ever had. These guys absolutely should…read morenot be in business. First off, there's not much for actual live employees. They have a weird dystopian setup where you sit in a cubicle, pick up a phone, and wait to speak to someone remotely. Once I got someone on the line, they asked me a few cursory questions before outright denying me services. What they said to me is "we would never consider doing business with you" and I'm only paraphrasing slightly, if at all. To be entirely clear, I have never had a car accident, and I have never gotten an insurance payout for an automobile before. I am a good driver and a very safe bet. They wouldn't give me a straight answer as to why I was denied, which is not something I would have even considered as a possibility going in. I was scheduled to buy a new car that day and the loan I was getting was contingent on having this insurance. Fortunately, the guy at Subaru was able to walk me through setting up something reasonable. Now, let me emphasize that: the car salesman was more useful by far at helping me with car insurance than the actual insurance agency. I don't even have the language to describe the absolute hatred I feel for this organization.

We are currently dealing with selling my house and my mother in-laws house, who Clark-Mortenson also represents, and Billie has had everything ready for me to make the insurance end of it smooth as silk. She knows the hassle of selling one house so she was totally ready to make changing coverage as easy as possible for me. I trust she found me the most complete coverage at the best price and took all our needs into consideration. My wife and I were just saying how in 23 years we never had a complaint with the agency and if we had an issue with a carrier, they took care of it immediately.
