He could have had me bring it in etc and charged me for fixing it but he simply helped me. I have two power wheelchairs and a scooter and you can be sure that he will get my business when they need anything or I need a new one. Second time he hit the spot perfect. I was able to pick things off the floor with no pain. It was awesome and I took several long walks UPHILL. They knew just what to do. Read some of the reviews. The needle going in hurts. The chemical is not native to your body. You get some sensation. If you are getting pain med that are a controlled substance blame the lawsuit because it must be tightly controlled. I had a kidney transplant and cant have NSAIDS. I cant work on narcotics. They did the right thing and read it off an MRI and xray and went to the source of the pain. And yes, they are looking to go after nerves because that is where the pain is.

I made an appointment here for an eye exam in order to get a renewal of my contacts prescription so…read morethat I could order more lenses and to have my eyes checked for glaucoma. I asked how much the appointment would be on the phone and they said it would be $160 all together. I agreed to that but later found I was charged much more. At my appointment, I asked the doctor a couple of questions about my eyes and was very unimpressed with his answers. I made the decision then and there not to go back. Still, I was polite. They took my insurance info but did not give me a receipt. Later, I called and asked for the prescription for contacts so I could order new contacts and they told me they don't do contacts prescriptions anymore, only glasses. I told them no one had told me that and that my contacts prescription had not changed in decades. The woman I spoke to on the phone said that she would talk to Dr. Bader and get back to me about the contacts prescription. After about 5 minutes, she came back on and said that the prescription for contacts would be waiting for me up front. I went in several days later and saw that it was only the same prescription I had been given before, for glasses that I didn't need. The person up front said they were out to lunch and she would check with them. Feeling ripped off, I asked how much they had charged my insurance and she told me $290. I told her I had been told $160. I never heard back, so I called again. I was told they don't do contact lens prescriptions and that whoever I spoke to was misinformed. They apologized for that and for charging me way more than I was told but I was offered no refund. I said I would write a review to let everyone know. Minutes later, Dr. Bader called me asking if I had "any questions about my eyes," which we all know was not why he called. He called because I said I was going to write a review. All he did was say the same thing the other woman had said, that his people were not properly trained and that they stopped doing contact lens prescriptions. He offered no refund whatsoever for the amount I was overcharged or to compensate for the fact that I now have to go to some place like a Lenscrafters where, for $70, I can get the same basic exam I got at his office as well as a prescription for contacts. All together, I will be out at least $360 to have a glaucoma test, check my retinas, and finally get a contact lens prescription. No one there has any explanation as to why someone told me that he had written me a prescription for contacts and I could come in and pick it up, only to leave another prescription for glasses for me that I didn't even need. I guess he thought calling me would make me not leave a review. I have no idea why he would think his calling and wasting even more of my time just to tell me again that his staff were at fault and not properly trained was going to stop me from writing a review so that other people do not have to have the same frustrating and expensive experience.

She said she would check on things and get back to me and took my number down. I returned the call about a week later and left a message for her and never heard back. Awful customer service if you ask me. Try somewhere else. I would like to note the below response is false. My number was taken down the first time and the second time I never received a call back. I even double checked my phone history after this comment was posted, and had been keeping track of who I was calling in this matter. Keep it classy.
