I don't think the location of the store does it any favours as it's tucked away in Eldon Gardens away from the main Eldon Square walkway. It's over two floors. The staff have always been helpful.I can't comment on aftersales as I have never had a problem with anything I've bought from them.

The store in Newcastle is…read morelocated on the upper and lower decks within Eldon Gardens, and is a little out of the way of the main shopping routes. They sell large items of furniture, as well as sets, which can be delivered and must be ordered in. The sales are extremely good, with items up to 75% off. They also sell crockery, as well as decorative items such as vases, cushions, ornaments and so on. These can be very pretty, especially the crockery, however the ornaments retain a mass produced feel. Shop assistants tend to be friendly, although any issues after purchasing a product has to be dealt with with their phone customer support team.
