Greg never got those messages and was surprised when I told him about them. After rescheduling and holding the phone meeting he promised to send us his "financial analysis" by email. It never came. I called and emailed but got no response at all from his team. Again, Greg apparently had no idea of these missteps because they weren't communicated to him. Eventually we received the analysis by email (weeks later), reviewed it and emailed him back to say we wished to proceed... but never got a reply. No follow-up whatsoever. Is he too busy to care or is his team just incompetent? In any case, this is not a financial company I wish to be handling my retirement accounts.
