    There aren't enough stars to show how pleased I was with Nick. My wife and I started house hunting…read moreand sought a mortgage loan through USAA. If you have ever done business with USAA or any other large company you know how brutal it is to work through an automated system then wait on hold to talk to a human. I spent 3 days with them providing documentation and finally got approved, but at a very unsatisfactory rate. Found a house we liked and our realtor, Amy Groves recommended giving Nick a shot. Called the number and Nick answered, no automated system. Provided Nick some basic info and he got to work. My wife had some questions and called him around 9:30 one night and he answered. Nick found us a very respectable rate and walked us through every step of the process. With many of our progress milestones he sent us videos where we were the actors and it briefed us on what was happening and what to expect next. Nick was always available to answer questions and his customer service is amazing. If you plan on purchasing property or a home I would highly recommend giving Nick a chance to find you a great rate.
