First you have to sign the waiver. Head over to the counter and rent a lane. Provide your ID. Get setup with safety glasses (unless you wear glasses), ear muffs, your own weapon & ammunition and pick your target. We were set. We received some assistance from a safety assistant and had a pretty good practice session. Frontier has plenty of supplies, clothing for sale, refreshments and very helpful personnel.

I brought in a 10k gold, Cameo-like class ring from the 1940s. Do NOT GO HERE! Go to Saint Joseph or Kansas City. Terrible.
