We also had 2 trees taken out in our front yard and we were supposed to have grass seed planted over the areas, they left without doing it, and even after we contacted them about it and they said they would come back and do it, they did not. They also left an alarming amount of wood screws on the ground in our backyard, even knowing full well we have a toddler in the house. The least they could have done was double check they grabbed everything, and actually done all the services we paid them to do.

We met with their lead salesman, Colin, and he was fantastic. He was clear, open and honest and told us exactly what we should expect to see. They used a really cool 3-D modelling software (super modern!) that allowed us to plan out exactly how our deck would eventually look in our actual backyard. I didn't feel "up-sold" at all and it was super cool to see and hear all the options that we could choose from in order for us to pick what would eventually look best in our backyard (we even kicked around the idea of including a half-pipe for skateboarding and a fireman pole to get from the upper level to the lower level which was super fun although my wife eventually kiboshed the ideas...).
