I explained multiple times that all of my property had been removed from the unit and that I just needed to remove the lock, even asking if they could cut off the lock because I was unable to come to the location to remove the lock. So I paid for an addition month even though the unit was empty after making arrangements to have the lock removed I called to see if my money would be refunded and was told the money could not be refunded because I was past due.
