I've had a storage unit in Texas now for 5 years, and have peace of mind that they are watching over my things. Only one time has there been a problem and someone came through and cut the locks off of several of the units but apparently got spooked and ran off. The next day Russ called to let me know what happened, they replaced the lock for free with a disk lock that cannot be cut off. My family went to check on my unit and nothing had been disturbed or stolen so I was happy about that. I feel comfortable with my things being stored there, and they are the cheapest storage place in town!

Your stuff is NOT SAFE at Star Storage!!! They didn't notify me when they found my lock gone and…read moreput one of their locks on it. When I went to get my stuff it took them a day to remove their lock. Everthing was stolen and I don't know for how long. The police told me I was the FOURTH VICTIM this month. July 2012
