I have been a member of this credit union for close to 20 years. Every time I need money for a project and try to get a loan from them , I'm turned down. I make a good liv and all of my bills are paid on time. I am closing my account as soon as I can transfer my account to another bank! Thanks for 20 years of nothing! read more

I've been waiting on a call back for weeks multiple messages (you won't lose your spot) and been disconnected multiple time after hours wait. They only care about getting more members, nothing about service, been with them since i was 18 and I'm in my 50's. the moment i get thru I'm cancelling anything and everything with them and hope anyone thats been a member does the same. THey have went down hill like it was a cliff. Lots of credit card vendors that would appreciate a client that pays off their debt every month. read more

This place is AWFUL. Zero fraud protection. They have no problem constantly charging overdraft fees when your account has been hacked or charged without your consent, but make you wait up to 90 days to receive that money back once the charge is disputed. Not to mention, you can't even get in contact with someone by calling without waiting hours on hold. I can not wait to get through and cancel my account. Although only about 4 of them they are ALL TERRIBLE .I attempted to open an account online twice filling out entirely the application ,twice it instantly rejected me . I was written a check by a member. I called the branch to make sure I could walk in to cash said check, and was assured no issues. I drove 45 minutes to the branch, only to be told they would only cash the check after phone verification by the member- and of course they cant reach him. This was not the information. Provided me on the phone and precisely why I called in advance. read more

This use to be a good credit union my opinion has changed here over the last few months. I have been with this bank since 2012. They where one of my first and my first credit card. About 2 years ago they decided to computer tellers that are not local employees but outsourcing the jobs to a different location outside of the local market where the branch is located. Since then my account had its automatic alerts turn off and lost about 60 bucks from fees I had no idea was coming out. Which okay that's my fault but still should of been being alerted money was coming out. The credit card is my current issue with not being able to pay it on there website if it's not their checking or savings account. On top of hat found out that my auto pay had been turn off mind you I have had the account for 6 years and during a system overhaul couple years ago it appears it deleted my auto pay account. So I was almost late on a payment and to make a payment I have to call in and wait on the phones and hope they don't hang up on me during transferring to the right department because none of the departments in the option list can take external accounts. I was suppose to be called back never happens by two different employees. Do what you want with this information but to me this is a terrible run credit union. read more
