I do like that there's a process to the seats so I can't complain about that. And the staff are really helpful with checking before you get in the line to make sure you have everything that you need. Just know if you are planning to go here on Saturday it will be about 2-3hrs before you get out. And they close the good at noon, so you can't run back out to put money in the meters. It's much easier to just pay for parking, not to worry about running out to put money in the meter. Because I was told they will give you a ticket, and no one can hand you something if they are dropping it off while you wait in line after the doors are closed. Double check you have everything you need this will be a process to get in and out. :)

I checked-in on time and the "greeter" checked me in and directed me to take a seat. The waiting area is full. I found a seat and was immediately engaged by a woman who identified as homeless. She asked me for money. At 12:34 PM, after selecting another seat, I overheard a man tell another that his appointment time was 12:10 PM. It appears that walk-ins are served even if it encroaches on someone's appointment time. It's now 12:45 PM, and I have not been called yet! I parked on the street so now I'm likely to get a ticket! What is the point of having an appointment if you can't rely on being called on time? I doubt very seriously that the suburban offices are so poorly run.

She went out of her way to make sure everything was done and done right , this included her calling me back and letting me know they had the resolution and I was welcome to come back and finish my business.
