Phoned them up and was offered a discount to make the appliance cheaper than anyone else. Ordered on Sunday morning and had the new fridge freezer in my kitchen by Monday afternoon. Was sent text messages informing of estimated delivery time and then when they where on their way to me. Delivery men where polite and friendly, they removed my old appliance and delivered the new one quickly, following covid guidance while doing so. Highly recommended, especially if close to Manchester for local delivery.

The delivery was a little slow but I was not to bothered about this, after-all they are cheap. If I had not had any issues I would probably write a positive review, alas this was not the case for me. The item ordered was incomplete and so I looked to the website to obtain a contact number but there was none, or rather there was a premium 08 number. I sent an e-mail via the website and to this day I have not had a response (several weeks now). After a bit of digging about I found their phone number on a German website. When I called they assured me that the problem would be dealt with but to date I am still waiting. I don't believe that they are dodgy but I think that they carry very little stock and so to send out orders/respond to issues it takes them time. I also do believe they will resolve my issue in time but really this is not good enough. I certainly will not use them again. The customer is key and they have just lost a new customer

The label had the expected address but didn't have the company name on it, once delivered the tracking showed it as - Returned to Sellto, no mention of GameSeek. After Googling Sellto I discovered that it was a company that is part of GameSeek, it has the same address and the same phone number but a separate website. GameSeek ignored my return even after I phoned them and they promised to refund that same day - still nothing. I raised a PayPal dispute and they closed it in GameSeeks favour because of INVALID TRACKING due to it being returned to Sellto and not GameSeek. DO NOT BE CONNED BY THESE PEOPLE, SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have appealed PayPals decision and await their response.

This large shop is mainly a showroom presenting almost everything you would need or desire in a kitchen. They show and supply all of the large appliance brands. The brilliant thing about this shop is the owner who also deals with most of the customer orders. He really knows his stuff and can give you invaluable advice. We were ordering a few items at once but he easily switched his knowledge from ovens, to fridges, to sinks with ease. They arranged delivery and fitting of all the items with care and ease. After consulting the internet their prices are just as cheap as anywhere else.

Asks if I need anything else, I see a sellotape stand and ask if they do wrapping paper, they do not. He processes laptop, asks for my details 'for the receipt'. I ask if it is for marketing as this is what Argos do, he replies: "Well if you're going to be one of those arseholes I will just take it back then" - he then scurries off to the storeroom like a little bitch, laptop in hand. I go to Manager, he goes to find him, guy is literally hiding through the back somewhere as Manager can't find him. Manager brings back laptop, I buy it, will use Amazon primarily from now on even if I do ever find them dearer. Avoid.

The staff are generally helpful, althouh it is bette if you go in during the week if you have technical questions and you;re most likely to get decent answers at this time. The range of brands is good, but they are a little more expensive than larger stores for most things, although conversely the small parts are actually cheaper here than anywhere else i've tried! Good range of audio equipment as well which surprised me quite alot.
