This was my second visit to this store. I forgot I had visited back in Fall of 2023. I arrived…read moreTuesday morning shortly before they opened and there was already a line forming. I do appreciate that they have a designated parking lot for shoppers. I was on the hunt for some formal dresses for my holiday galas and soirees in December. Major sticker shock! I didn't remember the prices being so high two years ago. I found one holiday sparkle dress, unfortunately it didn't fit. My friends found an armful of Vuori workout clothes, platform sandals and a jacket. The dressing rooms were clean, spacious and well lit. Which I found incredible helpful. No one likes dressing rooms that feel like a shoe box. By the register, I found a small wall of fun assorted earrings. I wanted these giant hoop earring but my girlfriend said I wouldn't wear them. So I put them back. I like that the cashier gave us a token to place in a cause for them to donate too. The store was packed with shoppers and sellers. Overall, they have a wide selection of clothing, accessories and shoes. It feels way overpriced for used items, even though they are brand name. Used is used and should not be exploited. But hey, they charge what people are willing to pay so I guess shoppers are the real suckers!

Then you go upstairs and they had more clothes, shoes, purses and home/kitchen stuff. They only have 2 fitting rooms so there is a line. Sometimes it goes by fast depending on how much the person has to try on. The value is really good since they had popular and high brands of clothes there. Some of them still had the tags on and even tho they didn't have tags on them they were in great condition. Everyone who worked there was very nice. Definitely coming back here again!

So yes--this place is crowded. It felt like half the neighborhood was inside catching up in little…read moregroups, which honestly, I don't mind. And the staff wasn't the issue either; everyone seemed fine. The reason for the one-star review is simply the store itself. It's small, which means the selection is really limited, and not well organized nor displayed for a good shopping experience. We weren't impressed with how the clothing was arranged. I've been to plenty of Goodwills, Salvation Armies, and resale/vintage shops that organize everything by color--it makes browsing so much easier. If you like a color but can't find your size, you move on. Here, everything felt like a mishmash: no clear sections for sweaters, lighter tops, pants, or dresses, and no sense of season at all. Because the store is tiny and the layout so disorganized, it's overwhelming to sort through anything. I don't blame the staff--they're working with what they've got--but the overall system and setup just didn't make for a good shopping experience.
