The 14-year-old girl who works in the front is hostile and has yelled at customers for seemingly no reason. I hesitated to review it, but she has a new issue every time I come in. If it's not about her parents, it seems to be about her sister or a friend. She is hateful and has a nasty attitude with almost all customers. It looks like she is never working and instead is on the phone or taking a smoke break somewhere else inside the establishment. (Yes, I have seen her e-vape first hand, and I am unsure if she is even of legal age since she appears so young.) I've wondered why they have never fired her, but she seems to be the owner's daughter. Yippee. I have read some of these other reviews, which are spot on, and have determined that if you can, try to go on a day when the 14-year-old girl is not working. I'm not sure why they even have someone so young and emotionally unstable at the front counter. Business would be better if they brought the older girl back (an employee they had before this one). She was always welcoming and offered to help me find my records when I couldn't read the letters. She was such a pretty, welcoming girl, but it seems they traded her for a tiny brat.

Specifically, the jewelry. A worker did make me aware that they were available if I needed anything? Had any questions, or wanted to see anything up close. I liked that they didn't hover. If you don't care about price, this is a place for you. They have many stunning authentic Native American pieces.
