The horse I rode jumped from my leg brushing his belly, so I had to float my legs off his body the entire time. I'm not sure he was well enough to ride that day if his belly was that tender. The other horses did not get along and fought while on the trail. This led to one horse spooking/attacking another and caused my friend to fall. She had difficulty walking, but was asked to get back on the horse despite laying on the floor in pain. After she couldn't get on, we thought the guide would call for help. But we found out later that the guide simply called her coworker and told them she'd be late for her next ride. Are you kidding me? Someone gets hurt and your first thought is your next paycheck? Our friend had to continue on foot since the guide told us we could not get off to help her. I don't think she would've made it all the way. We were lucky to run into fire authorities that gave her a ride. The authorities clarified they were NOT contacted by the guide and they were there for a separate event. We took our friend to the ER ourselves to get a spinal scan which thankfully turned out with bruising only. Afterwards, we were not offered a refund. We get it, horses have bad days and are unpredictable. But there is no excuse for having a guide that is so severely untrained and unempathetic. In a real emergency, you do not want to be caught in the middle of a nowhere with no signal and a "guide" that doesn't even know how to call for help or care about you. She just sounded like she wanted it over with. Really horrified and disappointed by the negligence here.

Those huge buildings contain HUGE tackrooms you could live in. Seriously have never seen such personal storage space for boarders before.

All the children enjoyed riding the horses and playing the games, but my biggest surprise was how much they enjoyed panning for "gold". My party was 3 hours long and the children were occupied and enjoying themselves the entire time. Not only did the kids have a good time, all the adults commented on what a relaxing atmosphere the ranch was. We are now planning an "adult only day".

The staff were all extremely friendly and made every invited guest feel welcomed, even the shy ones. The organization was great, and allowed us to focus on our guests as they were busy running the show for the little ones. The horse riding was a blast, and the small sided games on the side were a hit, especially the panning for gold. Every adult there loved the place and what they had to offer. There was plenty of shaded areas if you are worried about it being a bit warm. Would definitely recommend! Thank you to everyone at the Copper Horse Riding Ranch, we and our guests had a great birthday party experience!

My daughter has a passion for horses and animals in general she has been asking and bragging me to sign her up to learn how to do English jumping and so I did. I found this place online decided to give it a call and give it a try. Let me just say that Raquel her instructor is so sweet and amazing. You could tell that she definitely loves her job. Loves training all ages. Super sweet lady. The facility is so beautiful so clean so peaceful. My daughter has been training for about two weeks. Keep in mind that she only attends about one to two times a week to begin, and she is so good at this point she's learned so much things thanks to her instructor Raquel. If you're looking for someone that is genuinely loving and caring and not to say least that loves their job this is the place to be!!!! Just a quick in my personal opinion Keep in mind that equestrian training in general It's not an affordable thing to do in my personal experience but coming across the right trainer that LOVES Their job and most of all LOVES their horses is so rewarding that at sometimes you forget about pricing.!!
