Why should I have to go out of my way after receiving contaminated food? On top of that, I was told I would need to provide documentation just to get a refund. Basic hygiene should not be an issue, especially for a place that serves food at this volume. And when something like this does happen, customer service should step up, not make it harder for the customer. Other major chains know how to handle situations like this by making it right immediately and valuing the customer's time. Really disappointed. This was handled poorly from start to finish.
