Came from Springfield, Oh. with his wife sitting in the car waiting. Although I had Gotten a call…read morefrom them with a message that they would be out between 2 and 5 PM. I left an extensive message about heavily soiled areas and some traffic wear, there was no reason for re-stretching, but pre-treatment of the heavily soiled areas would be nessescary. I indicated that there was one bedroom with no bed but bags that needed to be moved, and that and a second bedroom had bi-fold closet doors with shoe boxes that need be removed. I also requested scotchgard treatment after cleaning. I gave him a total estimated area and was given a quote. When he arrived about 5:30 he said that that was not at all what he expected and he was not a mover there were some red spots which he thought were blood but, I told him they were either red jello or strawberry shortcake juice. He did not get them. He vacuumed all areas before beginning while I moved as much as I could, but as I am 72 on oxygen 100% of the time and cannot bend at the knees due to a hip replacement and a Knee Scope. He was in a hurry to leave and toward the end didn't get some of the regular dirt in the great room like under a chair into the utility room even tho I opened the door to allow access and between the great room and the vinyl kitchen. He did not scotchguard, as he said it would set the red stains. Suggested new carpeting. Charged $120 no receipt and gave me a small bottle of his spot treatment, and rushed out to his mad wife,

Can i give this company '0' stars .... First off let me say I used this company about 3-4 years ago…read moreand they did a fairly decent job. It was a clean after remodel to get ready to rent. Since, I have given their name to two separate people. My Mother in law used them a few days ago and it was a disaster. They spent most of the day and it looked like they weren't even there. *Did a half way job on the shower walls and bath *Kitchen looked untouched *Crumbs and dirt in all the drawers *Appliances dirty *Windows a mess * Floors disgusting I can go on and on. WORST part is they pulled on her heart string saying they needed the money for something important. Took her money and left the place a mess. They will not answer phone calls or reply to messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you like giving your money away for free and want to clean it yourself or have to pay someone else.

We have been using Shay at our house for probably over a year now. She has been one of the more…read moreflexible cleaners we have worked with over the years, and she is passionate about the level of work she provides. I think her prices are right where they should be for the level of attention to detail she provides. If you are looking for a cleaner, I highly suggest giving her a try!! For note, we have a Huskie mix who loves to shed and she makes it look like we don't have a dog.

Called them out to fix a burnt up fan in our radon mitigation system. The part was covered under…read morewarranty but the labor was a bit expensive around 200 bucks. Nonetheless it was awesome they were able to fix it, show us the issue, and was fast and very friendly service which was very respectful and informative. We appreciated the honesty and was honestly worth the money not having to mess with it and knowing everything was checked and right after installing the new fan. They didn't do our initial install but there were some concerns that they were able to address and answer about the other company's work while they were here. It was nice to get some honesty and know that the first company took some shortcuts. Would use the environmental doctor again hands down based on honesty and great customer service.
