We came with our kiddos yesterday and had an absolute blast! Even though it was a very hot day, we still had an amazing time. We enjoyed several rides in Sesame Street, although a couple were temporarily closed due to the extreme heat. The rides also shut down at 5 p.m. to prepare for the fireworks show that evening. One of our favorite parts of the day was watching the animal shows. Seeing the orcas and dolphins was incredible, and getting splashed made it even more fun! The entire park was clean and well-maintained, and all of the animals looked healthy and well cared for. I was at the Orlando Airport and decided to stop at the SeaWorld store to get some souvenirs that I did not get when I visited SeaWorld. I am glad that I did, because they had so many good options available. They had a wide selection of souvenirs, including stuffed animals, hats, shirts (long sleeve and short sleeve) and quarter zips. I ended up getting a SeaWorld shirt that was on sale for 50% off, which was a very good deal. The shirt is very nice quality and well made. The store was very clean and organized, and it was easy to look through everything. They also had good deals on many items, which made it even better. One unique feature of the store is that they have a fishtank with live fish outside the store's window. It was nice to see and helped make the store feel more connected to SeaWorld itself. Altogether, the SeaWorld store at the Orlando Airport is a very good place to get souvenirs, with good selection, nice quality items, and good deals. read more

Sea world was a great experience! Definitely get the face painting if you have a child or want to relive this. They do touch ups for free! The face artists are nice and professional, especially Kalaya. Plus we loved seeing all the wonderful ocean animals! read more

This store is located in the beautiful terminal C of the MCO airport. It's a small little store that offers a lot of stuffed animals and shirts from Seaworld. However the best feature of this location is the aquarium at the entrance. Truly a fun place to pass time while watching the fishes. read more

Great family park with some very cool sea animal experiences. All of the sea animal shows are performed very well even tho the Orka experience has changed a lot very short and a lot of talking instead of performing. but is a good time for pretty much anyone, you can even feed and touch stingrays. The rollercoasters were really fun I couldn't get on the new surfboard coaster since it was out of service so it was closed all day. all the shops rides and cool things to see are always a different experience when you visit. The meal pass is also a good add-on for your day at the park. Now for the Skytower, we bought the tickets from a very rude lady at the snack bar next to the tower entrance even knowing the tower was out of service sold tickets to a few people when asked for a refund 3 different people called and they did not want to refund saying I had to wait for it to be fixed which it never was. We were with my special needs grandson for his pre-birthday fun weekend, Seaworld talks about being trained for these children and accommodating them but nope they are not trained and not accommodating special needs at all not even in the Sesame Street area very disappointing as I've been to other parks and the experiences are phenomenal but not this park. we stayed till closing time and must say they have upped their game with the closing show very fun and exciting show. And if you have little ones don't miss the Sesame Street parade. read more

This SeaWorld Store is located inside of Orlando International Airport. They carry toys, games, stuffed animals, clothing, and other SeaWorld themed merchandise. I picked up a couple of stuffed animals. I had no room left in my luggage - so I made arrangements to have the store ship the items home to me. They took my shipping information and paid the shipping fee. My items showed up two days later! Neat store! read more

My wife and I were at Seaworld on Saturday May 04, 2024. We ate in several of the restaurants at the park. All of the restaurants are severely understaffed. I verified with management that there is only one person in each restaurant cleaning tables. One person for at least 60 tables. All of the tables in each of the restaurants are filthy. I asked management about this situation and was informed that they are all short staffed. (Seaworld just cut hours of its employees.) The restaurants are so filthy it defiantly poses a health risk. People are eating on the filth of the previous guest. Tables are broken to a point that the screws are not holding the tops to the base. This would cause severe injury to a child if the top fell off. Most condiments were empty. No paper towels or soap in the restrooms. I bet if upper management were required to eat in their own restaurants these conditions would not exist. Customer service lines are at least 45 minutes to an hour long. Seaworld has definitely gone down hill. read more

The lines were too long at the Tampa aquarium so I decided to take the extra hundred miles and go to Seaworld Orlando. What a disappointment, over $100 to get it down and then every other step you take they are trying to sell you some thing or charge you more to do anything. They did have a couple of aquarium oriented displays that I thought were interesting and I did go around and see a lot. If you're looking for an aquarium I would not recommend it but if you have a bunch of kids in tow I think it is a great attraction. read more

Sea World does more for marine life than just about any organization on the planes, so I'm happy to support them. But it's outrageous to bring a kid in that's under 54 or even 42 inches and the ticket is only $5 less than an adult. How is that fair? Also, it's disappointing to have a great show like the sea otter only performed once a day. But all in all a good day but we won't bring the kids back until they're all tall enough to ride everything. read more

I bought a silver annual pass to Sea World and Aquatica through T-Mobile Member Deals. I immediately got the e-ticket and thought everything was fine until I tried to link the ticket to my Sea World account. It told me that my ticket was invalid! I called both T-Mobile Member Deals and Sea World and they both blamed each other and basically threw their hands up. The one company tells me the pass is valid and Sea World says it's not because the bar code doesn't have an "A" in front of it. After literally spending over 5 hours on hold (got disconnected and never received call backs like I requested), the supervisor was totally useless. He told me that he could partially see my ticket and that I could use it to enter the park but he didn't have any information to link it for me. He told me to try to come to the park and link it there. That's a bit hard to do when you're out of state! I asked if he could contact the park on my behalf and he said no. I asked if he give me the phone number to the park and he said there isn't one. When I asked for his supervisor's name he wouldn't give it to me. So now I have a ticket that can't be linked, I can't use any of the rewards, and if I show up in three months to the parks like I planned, I may or may not be able to get in. In the meantime, T-Mobile Member Deals won't refund me because they say all sales are final. If you do a Google search, you'll see that others have had this same issue with Sea World's tickets not linking. Apparently it's a known issue and they play stupid about it. So I've spent hundreds of dollars for absolutely nothing! Luckily I didn't buy all the tickets for my other six family members. I think it's just a big scam!!! read more

This is the SeaWorld STORE in the OIA airport NOT the theme park as some have reviewed. If you need a Sea World souvenir and forgot it then you are set at the airport. Otherwise it seams like a wast to have these themed stores at the airport since if you are traveling to the area for the theme park you will get the items at the parks. Overall a nice place to walk though when killing time at the airport but I have never wanted to buy anything here. read more

This seaworld sucks! Every employee was in a bad mood. The lady charging us for food was mad at me for not knowing how the dining pass worked and was snapping at everyone in front of us. Literally everyone was annoyed if we asking for directions. They must not treat their employees well cause I got so many eye rolls. Well never go there again. read more

I've been to Seaworld a few times but I've never paid full price. It definitely isn't worth the $90++++ of admissions, but what park really is??? They have really good shows during the Christmas season including ice skating over the water and fireworks. Food is overpriced of course. Lines for rides are way to long for a 1-3 min underwhelming experience. read more

"Sunset Henna" inside Seaworld in Orlando, Florida is amazing! The artist is so nice and professional! My daughter got the best henna tattoo! I recommend her to anyone who does not want to invest in permanent ink! There are several designs to pick from and for a very affordable price! Well worth what we paid for the beautiful design! I would give it less if I could! First off, the parking was NOT organized. Security barely checked our bags... someone could have easily snuck in anything dangerous. Second, you have to pay for lockers that's are so little they didnt even fit my backpack! The whole place is INFESTED with mosquitos!!! We waited 45 minutes for a quoted "5 minute" wait time for the penguin attraction. AFTER BEING EATEN ALIVE BY MOSQUITOS we were placed on a broken ride vehicle and were facing the wall when we were supposed to be viewing the penguins. When we told the girl afterwards, her response was "oh". Blank stare... okay. Afterwards we left. There were people cutting in lines and due to the park not having attendants throughout the line no one could stop these people, in addition once we got to the actual ride there was no one there to ask how many in our party and direct foot traffic. Also they only had one coaster running at a time which cause major delays. When riding these rides typically there are areas of the coaster that takes you through water and mists, however this time all the water was dried out and looked like a sewer. We could go on with more disappointments but I'm sure you get the idea. Spend the extra money and go to Universal or Disney. read more
