Bowling is a lot of fun so I overlooked how out of date this bowling ally was, but It needs a full makeover and a deep clean.

Not sure why this place has such poor reviews. Sure, it's an older building but, we had a great time. The gentleman that got us set up was lovely and the food was decent for bowling alley food. Will take my kids back again :) read more

I wish I could give this place a zero star. I hosted a girls event here yesterday after bowling and ordering a big order of food. They had forgot one drink so my friend went to let them know. When she was standing outside of the front of the bar/food area she overheard the cook say "Look who walked in, "The fucking Housewives of Atlanta" (we are all African American FYI) it was an extremely racist comment. I went to the front after she told me what she heard and made a complaint and said I didn't feel comfortable eating there anymore. The gentleman at the front refunded the money and we left. The only reason i'm even giving a 1 star is because the guy gave me a free ring. First they give us shoes with holes and then a lane that the bumpers don't work and an outdated tv. There was also only one worker for the food so my burger was burnt on one side and not even cooked in the middle. Having gone to Seaway Lanes over the last month or so I have started to notice things. One thing in particular that will change my mind about this place forever is the roaches that crawl around on the countertop in the kitchen. I feel like it would only be a matter of time until I find one in a sandwich or something that I ordered. However, if I do decide to continue going to this bowling alley, I will not eat here until something is done about this infestation of roaches. I don't know how it works as far as a health inspection is concerned but I feel like roaches crawling around where food is prepared is enough to have the place shut down. Perhaps this is something that is necessary for this place to work out some major problems in their establishment. If there bugs crawling around in the kitchen there's no telling what else is going on this place that customers don't know about. Aside from this bug problem, The oiling of the lanes seems to be neglected in all lanes except for those that are used for leagues. If you join a league then you get lanes that are in tiptop shape. All other lanes are hit or miss. read more

This bowling alley is so run down. On the first lane we were given, the score monitor did not work and they still wouldn't give us a new lane. They finally did after we lost 4 balls that never came back. I'm glad I didn't bring my own ball. Out of 30 lanes, only 15 were barely considered functional. Find another bowling alley. There are several others in the area. read more

When you're closed more days than you're open, its probably time to close for good. By far the worst bowling alley in the area, and its sad because this place was decent in its heyday. I would be absolutely embarrassed to own and operate this pathetic excuse of an establishment. Just close it down for good and put it out of its misery. Sad. read more

Was here for the first time two years ago and it was great. Went back for the first time since then and my time here was absolutely awful. The tv screens so old that you cannot see the score on the screen. When asked to switch lanes due to the inadequate equipment, the staff made a huge deal about it. The staff was more concerned about getting drunk at the bar, rather than serving their customers. I would never wish my experience here on my worst enemy. Never coming back again. read more

If I could give fewer than 1 star, I would. Horrible, horrible! Had a birthday party here for a child and so many things went wrong. Adults paid separately to bowl 2 games and their games were shut off after 4 frames, not turned back on and not refunded. The party included 20 tokens per child, 250 tickets for the birthday child and goodie bags for everyone. None of this was provided. We stood around with the kids for 30 minutes waiting for them to provide these items. The parents started arriving and kids had to leave. Never, Never again! They turned what should have been a happy Birthday for my child a terrible, stressful event. Bob was rude and very unprofessional. read more

I wasn't going to write a review but yesterday I took my son and his friend bowling. There was only 3 other families there yet no balls available for a 7 and 9 year old. Then when I realized the ball they gave the boys was still too heavy I requested he metal thingy that u set the ball on and they said what they had was already in use. One of the other families let us use theirs. Then the pins would not reset after boys would bowl their turns making them have 3 or 4 turns vs only 2. I got a heavier 12lb ball and that still didnt help. The boys was so frustrated they didn't even finish their 2nd game. I told the guy at the front desk and he said it was cuz the ball wasn't heavy enough and that I should have told him. I said they used a 12lb ball not the light one u had to bring to us. He never offered a free game if we came back or even money back on the game they never finished. When I asked for the balls for children he made me feel like I was bothering him. Needless to say we dnt ever plan on returning. Their customer service stinks! read more
