Vehicle was spotless and he assisted with all our luggage even into the hotel lobby. He was a safe driver and made sure we were comfortable with the A/C. The vehicle had plenty of leg room and made the journey that much better after a very long day of travel. I would definitely use this company again. The price I paid was done before leaving home and there was no pressure for tipping the driver.

When I called the lady who says she owns the service said it was her fault and a brand new driver. When asked for compensation for the now one hour delay she answered that they were at heathrow! All she would offer was refund for a parking fee and said she was the sole decision maker. I let this be but then it took two hours for a one hour trip to deliver my son to the location since the driver did not use gps and went to the wrong city. He then argued as to what city the location was at. Hardly appropriate customer service! Needless to say I will not use them again. Indeed I booked Helens service which is much cheaper.

Our…read moretrain was late so we missed the ferry and I rang to tell the company and was very pleased that they were still able to collect us from the later ferry. As 5 in total plus luggage we needed a larger vehicle and were going to Freshwater Bay. We were given a time so disappointed there was no taxi there to collect us. I rang again and was told it was on its way. So another 5 minutes to wait. The driver did not get a step out for me to get in the vehicle as being elderly and with a walking stick that would have been helpful nor did he open the back of the vehicle to put the luggage in. He did not handle one piece of luggage. The others in the group had to put all the luggage inside where it all rolled around as we went round corners. there was no help at the destination to get any of the bags out either. Not impressive!

The check-in took less than 10 minutes for both of us. When we got on the ship we had to have our boarding picture taken. Lorien, took the official picture for leaving and returning to the ship. It was a non issue as both terminals are nearby to each other. The Horizon cruise terminal is the newer one of the two. We pulled our 24 inch luggage over from a nearby hotel. Took about 15 minutes. We had planned to walk our luggage onto the ship. But then a cruise terminal worker suggested we not as the luggage probably couldn't fit onto the X-ray conveyor belt. We checked the luggage instead. Easy peasy as they tagged the luggage right then and there. It was a seamless process as we checked in using Celebrity's app while home. At the cruise terminal we showed our passports with the app and we're allowed to board. Typically we'll ask for early boarding to take advantage of the lunch buffet onboard. We showed up at 11:20am with a 11:30am embarkation. The day we disembarked was just as seamless. We walked off the ship with our luggage. Thank goodness it was at a downhill slant all the way down into the cruise terminal. A cruise employee acted as the traffic controller instructing passengers where to go depending on your previously transportation arrangements. We met our private transport past the pedestrian crossing. In and out within 10-15 minutes. Back to London for a post stay. Took about 1 hour 50 minutes due to traffic.

Do you know, Yelp asked me what I thought of this airport. I have reviewed it on Yelp before, but…read moreits evaporated so maybe it's as well Yelp aren't asking what I think of Yelp and if they did it's at two stars now due to two things - not enough words are allowed for detailed reviews and vanishing work. I think this airport is wonderful and the staff who work very hard are marvellous but we pass through and I don't know if they Rio folks off like Belfast's two airports. On arrival we were met by police despite travelling internally within the UK - Belfast being the departure place, so go figure. If I had to guess it's the risk of undesirables crossing the Irish border North going into UK by the back door is why. They were polite and fast, processing everyone promptly. The luggage was out fast and it's a two minute walk to get a taxi and £26 to go from the airport to the main seaport to pick up a cruise. We booked the same taxi service back and it surged a great. All done automatically as they link the journeys so when you call to return you just hit 1 and a taxi is dispatched. Similarly return dropping luggage is relatively easy security a courteous breeze and there's a Starbucks. I'm sure there's also a lounge but we couldn't be bothered as we hadn't long to wait for our flight.
