It's explained one way and I thought I had an understanding but for whatever reason I'm getting push back that my Georgia visit didn't count towards my visits and in essence I'm over paying. A few days later I get a text and a call from them asking about my appointment with them. I told them I didn't have one and they would have to talk to my wife about it. I have never been there before. So I told them to call her. They told me that they needed her number. I gave it to them and I call my wife. She told me they was wanting us to come in for a massage and that she told them she would talk to me about it and that was all that was said. A week later a $250 charge on my wife's bank account. She call them and they said it was for a no show charge. She didn't give them her card number or make a appointment. They pulled her info from almost a yr ago and changed her for a appointment that was never made.

Before they started, we asked for the price, and after a phone call and some back-and-forth with someone on the other end of the line, we were told $70 and up. Once the process began, my daughter was asked if she wanted new nails or just a fill for her current ones. I asked again about the price difference, and this time, they said $80 and up. Concerned about the vague "and up," I insisted on a final price. After yet another phone call and lengthy discussion, they confirmed $80, which I agreed to. They started the service, and I left briefly to run an errand five minutes away. As soon as I left, they told my daughter the price had now jumped to $105! After my daughter text me that information I called the shop and told them that was ridiculous since I very clearly asked about the price before starting the job, even showing pictures of what we wanted exactly-leaving no question. They then told me they would "discount it to the price they told me", making me feel like they were doing me a favor when this was the agreed upon price originally. This salon engages in deceptive business practices, changing prices multiple times after agreeing on a final amount. To make matters worse, the quality of work on my daughter's nails was subpar at best. The employees spoke to each other in their native language the entire time, laughing and talking-which is rude in any situation. I will never return to this salon and do not recommend it to anyone. Avoid this place if you value honesty, transparency, and quality service.

Few examples - Larissa comes out and compliments my wife on losing weight...then tries to sell her on the ultrasonic liposuction...fast forward a few minutes later when my wife asks her something specific about a past treatment, Larissa says "I don't remember everyone that I treat, I don't know." Oh really...how did you know she lost weight? Next we get to the price argument. Jeannie ran a special, just like she is doing now on groupon for a full body laser hair removal for $499. Larissa won't hear of it. She claims there is a doctor she needs to pay. Or that laser costs $1200 minimum. Compares Bossier to Dallas. Uses choice words to make the customer feel like a liar. She even goes as far to say that Groupon made an error and she demanded they take the ad down (untrue, since I am close friends with Eric and Rich...co-founder and current CEO respectively, and a quick chat uncovered this lie). Groupon is going to flag The Skin Station and reach out to the 63 customers who bought the Extra Large Area coupon to verify Larissa "turned them away" as she claimed. Hopefully this was the only true thing she said meaning a permanent ban from Groupon due to breach of contract. Jeannie needs to keep Larissa secluded to the back room on the laser and keep her away from any type of customer sales interaction. You never know who she will lie to and the adverse impact it will have in the long term. Get someone honest to represent the business and I am sure you'll recover.
