I decided to park here after seeing negative reviews of the parking garage that was directly across from Pier 66, where Norwegian is docked. SCP costs pretty much the same, and didn't have any reports of break ins, which sounded to not be uncommon at the parking garage. There is a bit of a line to get in to the lot. Staff are friendly and cheerful. It is valet service and they shuttle you to the pier. It's a bit of a drive, maybe 20-30 min including waiting for the van to fill up. The instructions for pickup when you get back say to wait under the pedestrian foot bridge outside the pier terminal and call them. I don't know why, because when I called (has to wait on hold for a while) they gave a waiting area just outside the terminal--look for a blue sandwich board that says Seattle CruisePark. They have staff member there to help and answer questions, so no need to waste time calling them. My car was safe and sound. Definitely recommend using SCP. read more

The GPS instructions were incorrect, so just leave a few extra minutes to not stress about finding the location. Once you're there, you'll leave your car keys with them for the duration of your trip. I don't remember reading that on their website, but I'm sure it's on there. Nothing was disturbed. Very close trip to the dock and zippy service getting back again to the vehicle. This service was great for cruising! Affordable, and our car was safe and secure. When we got back to port, it was ready to load and roll. Wonderful valet service! They help with bags and even talked about local history and took questions on the way there and back. Those folks hustle for you and they are very well organized. Quick and easy booking online. Payment in full is required. Parking lot location is not GPS friendly but Google maps got us there without issue after GPS failed us. Excellent customer service from start to finish; directive when you pull up, what to do once in the lot, assignment to driver and luggage loading. Had a safe, friendly and courteous driver at drop-off and cruise pick-up. We got off the boat by 6:55 am and the shuttle was there at 7. Ticket was scanned and our truck was waiting for us when we got back to the lot...just like we left it. Excellent price for long term parking, shuttle and care. This was my third time using Seattle CruisePark in the last year. The service is amazing. I drive right up, hand over my car key and my luggage is loaded into their shuttle. It's an easy drop off/pick up experience, knowing my car is safe and secure. When it's time to come back, my car is pulled out and waiting. This time was different though. Easy parking and shuttle to the cruise ports. I was worried initially due to the lot being a little away and needing to take a shuttle. They have their process down to a science. Drop off was easy and they explained the whole process very well. We were on a shuttle within 30 min of arrival. On departure day we were off the ship at 8 and on a shuttle immediately. Car was pulled out and ready for us when we go there. All staff were super polite and professional. Parking lot is very secure and I was not worried to leave my car there for a week. No hassle, easy stress free way to park for the cruises. Will use them again if I'm ever sailing out of Seattle. read more

This place was just fantastic. Heed their recommendation of not showing up to park your car before 10:30 am. We arrived at 10:35 am and must have been on a shuttle and on our way by 10:40 am. When we got back from our cruise, we waited no more than 10 minutes to get on a shuttle and on our way back to our car, which was pulled out front and ready for us to go. This must have been at about 9:45 am, however, and there was a line of people waiting to park their cars, so they were telling the truth. We got a kick out of using this service. Although it is located a few blocks away from the terminal, it drops you off right at the queue to enter it, so you actually do less walking than if you were to park there at the terminal lot. 100% would park here again if taking a cruise out of Seattle. read more

If you are on Yelp trying to decide if Seattle Cruise Park is where you want to book your cruise parking, JUST DO IT. Seriously. What sold me was their valet service AND it was 30 dollars cheaper than the Port of Seattle parking option. We were cruising out of Seattle on June 24th, and our son and his partner were meeting us in Seattle to go on the trip. I booked 2 parking spaces. We arrived at Seattle Cruise Park, and our luggage was promptly loaded into a shuttle. We were given a claim ticket for our car, and left the keys as I had purchased their valet service. We were then dropped off at the port, and told where to go when we returned for the shuttle back. Upon our return a week later, we were met at the shuttle spot by a large shuttle, and a kind employee who loaded up our luggage. He got our claim ticket numbers from us so that our cars would be ready when we got to the lot. Once we got to the lot, our cars were waiting (trunks open!) for us. SMOOTH AS CAN BE. Top notch parking option for those cruising out of Seattle, highly recommended! read more

Had a great experience on a recent cruise. We booked in advance and paid online. The parking area is close to the terminal and in a secured lot. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by valets and we hopped on a bus with our luggage to be taken to the cruise terminal. Once we were back, we met the bus at a parking area (had to wait a little bit) and then were whisked back to the lot where our car was already waiting for us. Price was very reasonable. As far as parking facilities go I was very pleased with the experience. The direction to park the vehicle was quick and transportation to the port was very efficient. At the end of the cruise we walked to the "S" space to find our shuttle arriving within a few minutes. I would definitely use again. Valet parked and returned with cracked windshield. I had proof of no damage before I left it with them yet l returned with a large crack on passenger window! If I was given real names, "Jason" took my info and said "Patrick" would contact me. I also thought there would be a customer service person at the 888 number yet there was no such option and the person who answered didn't seem to know who I should talk to since he was only the driver -- WHAT?!?! We used the Seattle cruise Park while we took a cruise to Alaska. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The transfer process was very easy and seamless. Wes was our driver to the cruise port and made sure we knew the process to catch the shuttle back to the parking lot when we returned. He also made sure we had the appropriate porter for our ship. When we returned there was a young lady waiting to check us in and put us on the correct shuttle. When we returned to the parking lot Kenan made sure we had our car available right away and helped us load our luggage into the car. I highly recommend this company . read more

We used Seattle Cruise Park for our Alaskan vacation this past week and the experience was wonderful. This place is a massively disorganized mess. I arrived at the time requested. 30 minute line to even get into the parking lot. Then they let people parking their cars block lanes so the shuttles couldn't get through. Then they had people on the shuttle who were going to a different pier because there were no signs or announcements about which shuttles went to which pier. And worst thing of all is they forced us to leave our keys on the outside of the windshield and get on the shuttle because they didn't have enough valets to handle the cars in a timely manner. Do not use this service. Full payment is required when you book. Although they advise their cancellation policy is quite flexible it is not. I travelled to Seattle from British Columbia the day before my Cruiseship was available for boarding to be sure of no glitches. I am not familiar with Seattle, a big and busy city. I used my GPS driving into Seattle and survived all the road construction detours like a pro. On boarding day I used my GPS to navigate to Pier91 and arrived there at 11:00 am, 4 hours before deadline for boarding. And then my GPS stopped working and I could not reboot so was unable find the remote parking place. All efforts to get help/advice failed. I tried using a coffee shop and supermarket free wifi for a different signal. No luck. Spent over 3 hours trying to find the parking lot location. In desperation I parked in a parking garage near the ship and boarded just minutes before final call. I emailed the company as soon as my ship wifi was connected explaining and requesting some refund expecting a penalty of 1 or 2 days payment. They responded there would be no refund and they were keeping the full 7 day payment of $187.00. Recommend you use the parking garages across the road from the pier. Lots of space available, pay a similiar price AFTER your stay. read more

Drop off very easy. Van was waiting once we got out of the car to take us to the ship. On return there was a van to take us to the lot where the car was parked. Before we got in the van a picture was taken of our receipt and once we arrived at the parking lot out car was waiting for us. The whole trip was seamless. Great job and customer service. read more

We were very pleased with the customer service. My wife was using a mobility scooter and they were extremely helpful on both ends of the cruise. When we disembarked the car was waiting for us and the attendant helped me load the bags and the scooter into my car. We will use them again on our next cruise to Alaska. read more

We recently used Seattlecruise park for a Family Alaskan cruise where there was 18 of us. The drop off went smooth but what was so impressive was the customer service afterward. In the confusion of all 18 getting off and to our vehicles, one of our suitcases were left in the parking lot. Talked to Chris in customer's service and he was fantastic. They located the suitcase and return it to me with everything in it in good shape. Chris made me feel he genuinely cared. Customer service like this is rare these days. I offer to tip him and he declined, said just part of their customer service. I will certainly use Seattlecruisepark any time we go out of Seattle for a cruise. read more

Horrible company to deal with. My husband booked with them for the duration of the cruise on the 23rd of August 2019. Prepaid $157 on visa card. But unfortunately my husband died unexpectedly on the 24th. I cancelled the reservation on the 26th via email since they won't let you talk to any of them. I stated my reason that my husband has passed away. Josh sent me a response back saying due to their one week cancellation policy, they can not refund our money back and they are bound to it. I again stated that my husband had passed away. He just turned around on another email saying they can not refund our money back because of their one week cancellation policy and that was that. A death of the customer should have been an exception to their one week cancellation policy. It's not like my husband had chosen to die few days before pur cruise. I called the number and the instructions on the phone were to email them to cancel. I sent an email and never did get a response. I called and left a message on their customer service line and then never got a response. These guys are great! Parking is inside the chain link/barbed wire topped parking lot at the National Guard Armory so we felt very secure. They were there to greet us, helped us unload our suitcases into the shuttle and we were at the cruise dock in 5-10 minutes. They gave me their card with instructions to call as we were just about out of the cruise facility on our return and by the time we got outside to the pickup area they were driving up. Their shuttle vans are kept clean and their staff is professional and personable. Also, we were able to book the parking ahead of time which was a big peace of mind and we felt their prices were reasonable. read more

I've NEVER had such fabulous over the top service in an emergency!!! We thought each other had the one and only important piece of luggage. When our luggage arrived at our room, we realized we had left it in the car and my medication was in it. I called and these guys were more than helpful. They not only had our bag waiting at our first stop which they sealed with zip ties, but they also priced around for the best deal!!! I would highly recommend Seattle CruisePark for your parking needs! Not only are they less expensive than parking at the cruiseship terminal, there was no time lost whatsoever in choosing their lot over the port. The level of customer service we received was exemplary. I should explain our circumstances so you get the full understanding of how awesome these guys are. We booked a cruise leaving out of Vancouver, BC. It was literally one of the first cruises of the season, and was a one way, landing in Seattle. We had a large group of friends going and had chartered a bus to take us. We needed to leave our cars in Seattle near the port so that upon disembarking, we could all get ourselves home. The idea of having to get multiple cabs/ubers and haul luggage was something we were hoping to avoid. The Port of Seattle was not opening their lot up until the day our ship arrived, as that was the first scheduled ship out of Seattle. I called them first to see if we could still park at the Port and was told it was not possible. After a few minutes of research, I found that Seattle CruisePark was just a half mile from the port and also offered shuttle service. I checked their website and found that they too, were only offering parking beginning the day our cruise landed in Seattle. With little hope, I called anyway to explain our situation and see if they could assist. The gentleman who answered was super helpful and immediately said they would absolutely open the parking up for our group! Within 5 minutes, he had the new date option on the website for us so that each carpool group in our party could go online and book our 2 days of parking. About a month later, I called a few days prior to our adventure to confirm and I didn't even have to tell them who I was. The gentleman who answered the phone said "Are you the group that needs parking on Thursday arriving around 10am with a bus?" When I arrived the day of, our bus was already inside the lot and everyone was parked and ready to go. The representative for the CruisePark handed each of us a card explaining where we could go to call for their shuttle upon return to the Seattle port. It gets better...upon arrival (where we were all running on nearly zero sleep because it was party on a boat for 2 days), we didn't even have to call them. Seattle CruisePark already had TWO shuttles there waiting for us. They understood that you are let off the cruise ship in waves, so they were prepared to take the early disembarkers and were prepared for the slightly later group. Seriously, they made it so easy, it wasn't even like we'd parked off-site. The drive back to the lot took less than 5 minutes. They loaded and unloaded our luggage and took us right to our cars. Stay away from this place!!! You are much better off parking at "Cruise Seattle Parking - Pier 91" which is a little more expensive but a lot closer than this place. Also their shuttles run much more frequently. But the biggest reason why not to park here - is the dishonesty of their management. I had parked at "Cruise Seattle Parking" and thought I would save myself a few minutes and prepay for the parking online just before I got off the cruise ship. I mistakenly paid for parking here instead. When I realized my mistake a few hours later and emailed management - they absolutely refused to issue me even a partial credit even though I hadn't even parked their for a single minute. My advice - much better off parking at the other lot! Honest, reliable and closer! read more

We were running a bit late getting to ship and the young man at Seattle Cruise Park was right there when we drove in. He directed us to a parking spot, met us at our car to load us up and we were off to ship in no time.
