He was so nice, he could see my son was a little upset that he had to hand his phone over (he's on the spectrum and electronics are his special interest) and acknowledged him with kindness asking him if he was okay and explained to him what needed to be done. Will def come back for more electronics needs in the future.

Over that period of time it has constantly continued to improve and is now what I would consider to be the best marina around offering a total range of marine services and equipment. It by and far has the best bang for your buck for experienced labor, good workmanship, parts and equipment. I also like their location on the Dania Cut Off, which is far less cramped and more spacious than those located along the Intracoastal which always seem to have a more rushed more hassle of an environment in which to perform marine services.

They chose C-Worthy which proved to be fast, reliable and quite affordable. Fast forward 2 years later when on a boat trip back from Cat Island one of the awning straps was lost at sea never to be seen again. Luckily C-Worthy had attached their contact info to the awning so we knew exactly who to contact. Since "we" didn't do the initial ordering and it was all handled by Complete Marine, it did seem like it might take some investigation work to dig up our original order and specs, but my Mother anticipated this and sent me with the strap that wasn't lost at sea so they could make a duplicate that way. I dropped the strap off on Monday at 4pm, and by Tuesday at 5pm they called to let me know it was ready. Great customer service and again very fast!! We're looking forward to working with the C-Worthy team to get cushions made for our new boat when it arrives next month.

I had service done by Will a few years ago that i was very satisfied with. With much despair this experience did not match my experience in the past. My boat had not been run in 2 years so i took it to Will for a 3 year service and a blown fuse. I asked for him to go through the entire boat and make sure the bilge was working. He contacted me after his inspection and said there was play in my motors steering and in need a float switch for the bilge along with new wires going to the switch from my fuse box. About 8 feet. He stated each job would take between 2-4 hours. I went to the shop to see exactly what he was describing and when I arrived his tech was already working on the steering unit. He had the unit already off the motor and was he was installing the new unit. I asked how long he had been working on it and he said about a 30 minutes. He said it had approx. 30-45 more minutes because he had to flush it with the steering fluid to finish the job. I then asked him how long it would take to complete the float switch Job and he stated about an hour. That task included replacing the old switch and running the new wire from the fuse panel to the switch, about 8 feet. I left the shop after talking to the tech feeling better about the cost of the potential labor cost. The next day i was called and told my boat was ready. I arrived to pick up my boat dismayed at the amount of hours i was charged for the labor on the 2 tasks. I was billed for 6.25 hours of labor that the tech told me would take 2-3 hours For both tasks. Bottom line is the bill was padded $500 more in labor cost then actual time taken. This does not include the 100 hour engine service and water pump replacement. Will was asked about this and said that unless I had done the work before I did not know what it takes to complete a job labor wise. When I told him i had visited and spoke with the tech personally he did not have a response. I paid the bill in full and chalked up the inflated overcharge to experience. I am writing this review to maybe help a future boat captain to be aware of the practices of this business in the future. I am taking one for the team so hopefully you don't have to.
