Additionally, there were multiple cases of fraud and forgery against the estate, and they did nothing to inform the court of these documented abuses. When the distribution order was signed by the judge, Amy Martinez, Esq., informed beneficiaries distribution checks would be sent within "one month or less"... It has been six weeks with no distributions. Ms. Martinez has failed to return multiple emails and phone calls, ignoring our demands for information and the release of distribution. But, rest assured, Muscarella & Associates were paid a very LARGE sum immediately! This firm is excellent at excuse, excuses, errors, and misinformation. Attorneys at Muscarella & Associates ARE the reason why attorneys get a bad reputation.
