The other 75% of my experience? I've had Prostate Checks that went better. Every body has bad days, I get it. But guess what, Not our fault. This last trip, we gave it another shot for some reason, we sat for 15 minutes and not one soul acknowledged our presence. Short staffed? Maybe. Today's world, probably. We just love this place! The food is consistently great. The workers are always friendly and helpful. The Dining room is always clean and they always welcome you in. Charlie almost always takes our orders. He is simply amazing, always friendly and respectful, and he can brighten up your day even on the worst days. Listed as free delivery on grubhub but Seasons added $4.99 plus tax for delivery without even notifying me. They are less than 8 miles from me. I would have ordered from one of the others with free delivery if I had been notified but I was not. Grubhub only refunded 2.99 in spite of my restaurant receipt that states it as 4.99, as if delivery had not been listed as free it should have been 2.99, not 4.99. If your listing on grubhub is not correct, it is not my problem and is not a license to add charges without even checking if I still wanted it. In addition, the food was ICE COLD when it got here. Fries were absolutely inedible and pizza was mediocre at best. Terrible terrible experience and one I will never repeat. I want my money back. read more

Let me start by saying our server was wonderful, friendly, attentive and apologetic. Approaching the restaurant you are greeted with a large sign advertising all types of happy hour specials until 7pm. DO NOT attempt to order - they don't exist and they don't honor the price. Seasons has sent me under-done wings twice in the past. Like red - inedible wings. I sent them an email with no response. So tonight...months later I wanted a lunchmeat Stromboli with pepperoni so I placed an order for delivery. The Stromboli arrived with only pepperoni- not salami or any other lunchmeat yet the receipt reflected lunchmeat with Pepperoni. Last time Seasons. Thanks. There are many other choices. read more

I absolutely love the calzones. Sometimes I get ground beef added, other times just the cheese. The cheese tastes like a perfect blend of ricotta, mozzarella and whatever other wonderful flavorful cheeses they use. Just thinking about it is making me hungry! I think the pizza is good also, all the toppings are good or just plain with no toppings also is good. We also love the cheese steaks, salads, antipasto and strombolis. The only thing I definitely did not like was the wings. They were very small, fried until dried out, not a good flavor at all, and all of them were the drum half with no wing pieces, not worth getting at all. Horrible service!! Food is pretty good, when it is delivered on time, but customer service is piss poor!!!! We often have problems with the delivery drivers. I specifically put notes in the online orders for drivers to call and NOT knock, yet drivers like to knock anyway. When I called to report this numerous times, the manager tells me that if I were to tip more the drivers may be more respectful (instead of addressing his drivers). Even though I should not be forced to tip more than deserved (and I have worked in delivery for and I generally do tip very well I receive good service), I tried his recommendation. Only one driver has ever been polite and respectful but I do not know her name. Every other driver makes it clear they do not care and are very unprofessional. Today, I was busy and decided to order delivery from the restaurant as, like I said, they usually have good food. I ordered online and was very clear about what I wanted and even double checked the order before placing it to make sure that I had everything right. I received the order and instead of receiving a diet coke and an unsweetened tea, I received a canned coke and a canned Brisk lemon iced tea. I called and spoke with the manager and he said that he had drivers available and would send the sodas right away. 30 minutes later when we had finished eating, I called the store back and the manager told me that I was wrong, that I was unprofessional, and that his driver would be back with the sodas very soon. I explained that I ordered the sodas (that actually came with the meal) and would like to have been able to have it with my meal and not 45 minutes after I finished. The manager asked me what I did "for a living that makes me so perfect" and he kept emphasizing that we were only talking about two small [and insignificant] sodas. I explained that it was not the value of the sodas that was important and that the point was that the sodas that come with a meal are meant to have with the meal. He did not want to help me in any way and I asked him that he refund the driver's tip off of the card that I paid with. He told me to "take it up with the driver when he brings you[r] sodas". I explained that he is the manager and I am dealing with him and that I know that he has the ability to go into the transaction and refund just the tip. He told me no and again told me to discuss it with the driver when he arrived. I pressed the issue so he told me that he would send the driver with the sodas and with the tip part of the transaction in cash. He blamed the entire ordeal on me, held himself completely blameless and refused to even address the driver, and told me that the driver is the one that made the mistake and that I needed to take the money up with him. This is no way to handle a customer. On top of the poor service and the shitty attitude from both the driver and the manager, the driver did NOT even wear a mask during his deliveries, despite the pandemic that has impacted us for half a year now. Also, not that I wanted to keep the canned sodas that I clearly did not want, the manager wanted them back despite the COVID-19 virus and the turmoil the he and the driver caused. I know that this is a long read, but I figured it necessary to express the level of disrespect and lack of customer service that I experienced. I hope the calls were recorded so that they can be reviewed by upper management. I would suggest Roma Pizza, which is just down Bridge Street, or Northside Deli or just about any other restaurant in the area and that this restaurant be avoided at all costs. They do not at all follow the COVID-19/CDC guidelines and they know nothing about customer service. The pizza is okay if you can endure the mediocre customer service. That being said, this is not my top pick of pizza establishments in the area. Sorry Seasons, but your competition has you beat hands down. I have tried this particular Seasons three times, as I would not make a review based on one visit alone. Just ordering your pizza is the first obstacle. Be forewarned, if there isn't a button on the computer for the item you are looking for you will completely confuse the order taker (even though that ingredient is listed right there on the menu). I had to repeat my order three times and have it repeated back to me to be sure it was taken correctly. The sad part was, we only ordered two items and two drinks. This would probably explain why every time I've been to this location it is empty. If you truly have a hunger for Seasons Pizza, you would be better served at the Kirkwood Highway location. read more

We order often from here and we've never been disappointed. The pizzas and salads are always good. Maybe not awesome, but always good. You have to set expectations accordingly as their prices overall are really good, especially their specials. They have always been friendly to us as well. No complaints here. read more

I have been ordering the CBS bowl from Seasons in Elkton for some time. As a matter of fact where I work orders from this location all the time. Today we ordered and our CBS Bowl was delivered without bread ( it always has bread). I have been ordering from this restaurant for quite a while now. I like their online ordering system, I like the rewards system that you can participate in if you are registered. I like the delivery tracking app that they have. The food used to be decent, better than the usual fast food. No, it was never gourmet fare and I always felt that they're pricey for what they are. Their prices went up and they cut down on what comes with a meal in the last couple of months. Okay, prices are going up everywhere.... BUT, they have gotten stingy with their food. I used to enjoy the Greek salad, the price of which has gone up, but they cut the amount of feta cheese in the salad by half and the number of olives seems substantially lower as well. I order the Create Your Own pasta. The last couple of times we have ordered this item the pasta was underdone, not just "al dente" but underdone. The sauce might still be just as good (actually I would say that the sauce was "not bad") but it is hard to tell since there has been barely any sauce to be tasted. I know that Americans tend to oversauce their pasta, but there was not even enough sauce to really taste the sauce. Again, this is an item that has gone up in price. I also ordered and paid for broccoli on my pasta and there was probably about 2/3 of the amount that they used to put on an order of pasta. Not that the amount was particularly generous before, but now it makes you regret the extra money. I have decided to try another Seasons restaurant and if it is not any better than the Elkton restaurant, then I will no longer be buying from any Seasons Pizza. read more

Phoned in order for a large chef salad, no olives and no cucumbers, with raspberry vinagrette dressing. Salad came with olives and cucumbers and one small raspberry v. dressing along with one small balsamic v. dressing. Had to de-construct salad and use my own dressing. Next time I'll just ask for a head of lettuce, some lunch meat and cheese, and I'll just make it myself, cause they can't follow simple directions. I'm not quite sure what the 'bad' reviews are about. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, I get it, but, Seasons is DELICIOUS! I'm relatively new to the area, and always on the lookout for decent pizza and subs. I tried pats a few times, but neither the pizza, nor their steak subs, were very impressive. Also, their staff was pretty rude, to be honest. On one occasion, the delivery driver came to the door with the food, and literally barged right in the door, without warning. I'm serious, this guy walked right on in, like it was his right to do so. I was SHOCKED, and quite fearful, also. Needless to say, that was the LAST of pats. Thank God, for Seasons! Their food is absolutely delicious, and their staff is ALWAYS polite. I think I've only had one bad experience out of a hundred or so orders.
