Today I finally got a refund and walked out angry over the poor customer service policies and/or personnel. I will not return. Maybe it's the way they handle purchases in building supplies...The problem is they DON'T handle purchases at the building supply counter. That's definitely not customer friendly. Maybe it's the dead-eyed apathy of some of the staff. Maybe it's just that I am too old to walk back and forth across that huge store three or four times just to complete a purchase and arrange a delivery while staff stand around refusing to help (even after I specifically asked for help.)
