The gentleman was very knowledgeable about the different brands and we didn't feel pressured or chased around the store like some other places. Also quick delivery they came on time and even called 20 minutes prior. The delivery man even helped me with the frame, since I couldn't figure out the middle bar. Would recommend!

They let us lay on every bed 100x till we were sure and the entire time it felt like we were chatting with an old friend, no pressure, no judgement. When it is…read more17+ miles to drive to Lowes, you call ahead to verify if they have what you are looking for,when you are told they have it, yet when you get there ,they do not, it would have taken only a minute or two to check the computer to verify, if it was available. Instead of telling the customer,sure we have it, and they do not. So if you hope is for excellent customer service, dont waste your time & gas. Go to home depot instead!
