The refrigerator started leaking again the next day. We had to schedule another appt, which was almost a week away. Technician came out & wanted to charge another service fee for just telling us we had a leak in the line which was what the 1st technician should of told us on the previous visit! read more

Awful. We have had Sears master plan agreement on our appliances for decades. We have not had heat all of January. They came today January 24 put cable on showed temp was 90, then,. 15 minutes later no heat Called back they said tech would be back. Then they texted and stated it would be February 7. Really. Just turn around and fit the heat you said was working why make us wait until February. I asked for management they were not available. Asked for a refund for buying heaters or staying somewhere else. Sears said no there had to be a tech to write it up. This is such horrible service. read more

The technician was prompt upon arrival and ready to work with the wake of his cologne. He diagnosed my dishwasher as needing a new motor. When I questioned him pertaining to the motor, I had to wait until his amusement was over from watching a show on the tv, before he responded. He, stated the motor was the cause of the dishes not cleaning well. The diagnostic was disheartening. I only thought I needed minor maintenance to fix the problem. I believed the dishwasher cycled through and completed its process as it should, but not cleaning properly. I thought a new motor would constitute the dishwasher not working at all, not according to this technician. The proposed amount to repair the dishwasher was north of $750. Ridiculous!!! read more

I waited 6 weeks to get my washing machine repaired. The technician came today and told me it was fixed. I went in the utility room to wash a load of clothes. It will not work, I tried to call him back on his number he called me on to let me know he was on his way, and he would not answer. I called several times, left a message and have NOT heard back from him. I called the benefits department and they assured me that they would get in touch with him to come back today and fix my water before he gets off work. They promised me he would come back today. He worked on it and replaced several parts but it is not fixed. He should not have left before he knew if it was working. read more

Great job. My washer quit working on Saturday, July 13th and Raymond was here on Monday, July 15th before noon. He was very nice and thorough in checking the problem and advising the cost of repair. My warranty had expired last year and I opted to purchase a new washing machine due to the cost of the repair. read more

Jon was my repairman. He was awesome super nice and respectful. He explained the problem ordered the parts and came back to install. He even takled loud enough for my mom to hear him and that was greatly appreciated!! Keep up the good work. Only thing I didn't like is your automated system read more
