From start to finish Technician Kyle Miller was OUTSTANDING attending to our various service call needs. Then starts to show me dryers on his website for weavers. I called another repair place and they fixed it for $200 and it WAS NOT the motor it was the thermostat. I basically wasted $150 on a service call just so one of Weaver's repair techs could try to sell me an appliance.

The refrigerator in my aunt's camper had been out of commission for a while. As it happens, Kevin was at the camp grounds working on some other project. My aunt walked over and asked if he had time to come look at the fridge, just to see if it was a simple fix. Neither of us were expecting anything past a five minute check, but he ended up spending well over an hour looking at it and trying everything he knew to try and get it operational again. In the end, Kevin wasn't able to fix it, but he continued to go above and beyond. He called his appliance expert, and consulted with him, deciding it would not be an easy fix. Kevin then went to the RV repair place in town, talked to the man there, told him all about the situation, and gave him my aunt's number. He then called us and let us know that the man in town said he'd be in touch. This was all FAR more than we expected when we asked him to take a quick look!
