Day of service, Kyle called ahead giving an ETA & arrived right on time in a Weaver marked van. Kyle was both friendly & incredibly professional during the service call attending to our extensive appliances concerns. Overall, we were VERY SATISFIED with the service provided by Technician Kyle Miller! He gave a GREAT first impression representing Weaver Appliance! We were so pleased with the service from Kyle, the technician at Weaver Appliance, that we decided to visit the showroom to explore potential replacement appliances. The Weaver Appliance showroom in Dover was a great resource as it was incredibly helpful to actually put hands on & see so many appliances at one time. The showroom stock along with knowledge from Wenny Denman really helped my husband & I compare & contrast products to determine what features & finishes to select. Prices were incredibly competitive & both products were backed with a 1-year Manufacture Warranty serviced by Weaver. After comparing prices with other retailer like Lowes, Menards, & even Sam's Club we still found Weaver to give the best bang for the buck including installation and haul away. We paid for the appliances on a Thursday & new appliances were installed in our kitchen by Monday. Talk about quick service! When installation day came for our new appliances, we knew we were in good hands as we were once again greeted by technican Kyle Miller! This time he was also joined by Jarrod Haswell who was just as good & also provided high quality service. He squinted suspiciously at me for a moment, nodded, and contacted Samuel Willhite, owner of Sam's Appliance Repair. I transferred what I could to the garage freezer and went to sleep that night knowing something would be done about my fridge by noon on Saturday. And so it was.
