I have had service done in the past in the New Orleans area and have always been well satisfied with the quality of service. Your service people that came here apparently had no idea as to how to repair our refrigerator and made four trips here in 2 1/2 months as it was two to three weeks each time for them to come back out and they did not repair it. DO NOT USE!!! Dealing with Sears has been an absolute nightmare for me. I went through them thinking I wouldn't get screwed over since it was a big retailer. I WAS WRONG. I paid $565 on 03/17/22 and my fridge still hasn't been repaired. There repair window is from 8AM to 5PM and I have had to sit home for 10 days waiting on a repair man to show up, 3 of those times, no one showed up. I have called and talked to customer service (Seems like people in other countries) about 15 times and they keep me on the phone for about 20-30 minutes each time with no resolution. I lost food in my freezer (which wasn't broken until they worked on the fridge) due to the repair guy that was sent to my house. My fridge is still not fixed almost 2 full months later and I am out of $565. Sears refuses to give me my money back, they expect me to miss an entire day of work for the 11th time to send the same technician out again. Sears is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and will never get my business ever again. They have wasted more of my time than I even want to admit. read more

Stove top went out before Thanksgiving...trouble getting parts that were not damaged and/or correct to fix cooktop. All technicians have been courteous. However, my cooktop is still not fixed and at least three service calls have been to no avail....wasting time and resources and money!!! read more

great service person but can't get in touch with parts department to find out where my repair parts are. my refrigerator is only 20 days old and the door is leaking water. service man ordered parts but I can't get any answers from the parts dept. as to where they are. put on hold 4 times and was disconnected each time. this has been going on for 3 weeks. you may want to shop elsewhere. read more
