During the first use of this machine I had to go down and shut off the water. They tried to jerry rig the water line to save time and money.the next day, with me watching closely, they sent 2 or 3 hours doing it right. My guess, they know nothing about plumbing or were trying to pull a fast one on a 90 year old man. They left off a trim piece, used old fittings, used pipe tape on a compression fitting ( never done by anyone who knows what they are doing) , used the old nut they had stripped out as well as the old farrel. New nut and farrel cost nothing versus time spent. They didn't want to level the unit. I will give them this, they admitted they didn't use a new adapter, admitted they stripped the nut, price was fair, and that his helper was new. A good price is no trade for a wet floor. They blamed the lack of hardware on corning building co. And manufacturer. Didn't put the kick plate on. I have spoken to corning building co. About this as well as anyone who will listen. I have installed 4 or 5 dishwasher and never had this much go wrong. However I always had the right tools, was prepared and am familiar with plumbing. The customer is my girlfriend 90 year old father. I hold no I'll will against craig, just wish I had done it myself, time would have been saved.

Just to be absolutely sure that he made the right diagnosis, he came back out (at no cost) to double check everything. Grayson came with Jerry and what a wiz with electrical stuff! They ended up saving me over two hundred dollars just from that re-check, and I am so grateful that Jerry took the extra time to be 100% sure. I don't get the negative review. I found them to be super friendly, funny but really professional also. And they explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions, and I had lots of them. I had found a program that would help me through a 1% interest loan that I would repay, and Hess's was willing to work with the program. They provided me with a new estimate so I could submit it to the loan company, and now, just two weeks later, I have a brand-new well! Oh and the price was lower then the estimate, so thats less out of pocket. From start to finish, they have been professional, efficient, caring, and incredibly helpful.
