I received an email confirmation that stated they would call me the day before to confirm and the day of to give me a more narrow time. I received no call on either day and by noon I decided to reach out to them. Nobody answered so I left a voicemail that was never returned. I took the day off of work and waited all day for a no call no show. I have 4 children and I can't presently do laundry at home. This lead to me having to spend 3 hours at a Laundromat and spend $20 just to get caught up.
