Although having your roof replaced isn't a fun experience and an unwelcomed expense, BB Roofing made the experience a very pleasurable one. Bill and Cassandra are the very best at communication. They either answer their phone or call back right away if you leave a message. The quote was very competitive, but the great job and cleanup they did is where they really shined. They are his own crew and not sub contracted. The 10 year leak guarantee is great too. Plus Bill Ball and his daughter Cassandra are locals. They aren't a company that swooped in to capitalize after a hurricane. You owe it to yourself to at least meet Bill and get a quote should you be in need of a roof repair or replacement. Thanks to a friend's referral, I learned about Chase Roofing and now I can most definitely say it was the best decision made. Working with professional people at Chase Roofing and with the integrity of their staff was a piece of mind since day one. Kailly came to my place because I had a personal emergency that can not wait, to which she responded immediately and did her very best to prioritize my job. The job took place in a smooth atmosphere, the staff did not bother me at all while they were working. Kally kept me up-to-date and quickly took care of any inconvenience during the process. She also kept me posted during and after hours, including weekends. The project was done successfully and swiftly approved by City of Miami and all its requirements, in turn it's convincing to me that the work force at Chase Roofing knew what they were doing. My roof looks beautiful today, and beyond of that beauty, I am completely convinced that the quality is the best because it was done by a professional company with extremely very good reputation in the roofing industry. I highly recommend Chase Roofing and Kailly Linares, its Project Coordinator. Kailly is a top asset for this company. She will bring you up to date on your project in the most efficient and professional way. Chase Roofing can only be so proud of having her as part of work staff. I truly recommend Chase Roofing for all your roofing needs.

Our roof had just marked over 20 years old and was looking quite worn. My wife requested quotes…read morefrom 3 roofing companies who have worked in our area and were recommended by our neighbors. Dale Shoemaker is one of the owners and came to our house to evaluate. He went on our roof as well as into our attic to see if there was any major damage or possible issues due to hail or wind. While one of the people who quoted said there was wind damage, Dale was very honest and said some of the roofing tiles were extremely worn as shown by the amount of particles in the gutters. What I really liked about him is that he said "honestly you can probably get 1-2 more years on this roof without any issues". No hard closing. He offered us extended warranties and could start as soon as we received approval from our POA. His price was reasonable and in the ballpark of others. They take credit cards, but also charge an additional 3% for that service. Brody from RGR called my wife once we had an approval to set up the job. The first thing they did was deliver the materials to our home and drop it on a pallet. Once they started the job, there were between 8-10 workers onsite. In one day, they fully demoed the roof, repaired any damaged plywood, layed down the protective layer and started applying the roof. They were completely done in less than 1 and a half days. The second day, they finished and detailed some of the corners and overhang. They went around the yard with their large magnet to collect any loose nails. Our neighbors have commented on the speed and quality of the work.

This is a two part story regarding the one star. Part one,…read morethey did a floor coating for our upper front deck that began to bubble immediately after it dried. They came back to "repair" but same thing happened again. I called multiple times to have them come back with the final communication being "let me do some research and get back to you on that." Guess who didn't call back? You guessed it. At that point I gave up and resolved to have a couple bubbles, not worth my time or effort. This was well over a year ago. Part two is the current issue. My next door neighbor (who is great) hires them to put a new roof on their home. My neighbor makes sure they clean up the debris that continues to fall in my yard as will do when one rips off an old roof and installs a new one, which they did. So far so good. Then I noticed they had damaged one of the screens to our back patio which would require replacing. I sent a pic to my neighbor and he contacted them right away as they also knocked one of our security cameras off on the same side. Of course the foreman was super apologetic and assured him they would repair. My neighbor then offered to pay for the camera and deduct it from his bill, to which the foreman said yes that works. As for the screen they would take care of that themselves. Guess who still has a ripped screen THREE WEEKS later. After multiple calls and being told, the screen is special order due to size but it's coming, oh he is on his way, oh he had an emergency, oh it's raining, oh he got caught up on another job as well as few other no shows I offered to call myself, which I did. I left a message for the foreman and then called the main office directly. Spoke to a lovely woman who assured me I'd get a call on Monday..she stated that it was the first she was hearing if it but it would definitely get taken care of...guess who didn't get a call? Guess what day it is, not Monday anymore. Guess who stopped answering my neighbors calls? If you guess Your Total Exterior Pros you would be spot on! I find this business to be severely lacking in integrity and follow through, it's too bad too because my neighbors roof does look great...we shall see. If you want a company that truly stands behind their work I would go elsewhere.
