I was informed by my son the reel was under warranty. She checked with someone else at the shop and came back to me and explained they deal with the reel company often and stated she will take care of the paper work for the warranty and explained that I could take the reel and not be bothered coming back. I thanked her and left. The young lady went out of her way to help me as she took her time to do so. The crabbing wasn't that great today but the box crab trap was a good one and I will definitely stop back my next trip to pick up another. Trap was good for either chicken or bunker. The woman at the register was friendly and polite. Maybe next time I could actually catch something more than a sunburn.

I placed a pretty big order as they had a reel I liked for a little cheaper then local tackle shops. When I received my order I noticed it was incomplete and what was inside was damaged. I contacted SRMO via email with attached photos of the damaged goods and listed the items missing from my order. I got a reply the following day saying: "Please return for credit Thanks" Their website states: "DAMAGED SHIPMENTS - Sometimes it happens, so rest assured that SHARK RIVER takes all responsibility, Call our toll free number to get instructions and start us shipping you another product right away. You pay nothing extra for this. All packages are insured with carrier automatically without any cost to you." They obviously don't honor the above considering their email reply.. And I'm not sure if they actually read the email since they completely ignored the missing items. I tried calling numerous times to both phone numbers. No answer...crickets... I regret not just paying a few extra bucks and shopping local. Don't make the same mistake I did - AVOID SHARK RIVER MAIL ORDER! Shop local instead.

The skiffs are in pretty good condition, and they're not difficult to operate even if it's your first time. Life jackets and seating pads are provided with the rental. If you need fishing or crabbing equipment, you can get it at the store on site.

The camper was there for three days so I called to see how things were going with it and I was told it was going in tomorrow afternoon. I called several days after that was told the following day now. I then stopped in the day after and it still was not touched and was told by the same man the camper would be done when it gets done. I was finally able to pick up the camper on the 11th. To shorten this horrible review the appliance check that I was charged was never done, the charge for bearing packing for my double axle camper I was charged for a triple axle instead and for the icing on the cake I was charged for damage done on the 7 way plug on my truck which was caused by their tech and needed to be replaced. After going over this mass with the management they agreed to refund me for appliance charge that was never done, the over charging of the axle bearing packing and charging me for damage to a plug that they caused. Management stated I would receive a refund within 10 days. I waited a month in good fate without receiving a dime, so with no other recourse I notified my credit card company to resolve these issues that Camper Inn had created
