From the first visit there, Dr. Lee, Sr. and Dr. Winslow made me comfortable and explained everything in detail so that I could understand. This was important to me because I'd never had surgery before. On the day of surgery, Dr. Lee made sure that I was comfortable by making jokes and keeping the air light. Surgery went extremely well and he told me they found that the meniscus was intact but out of place. Post-op, Dr. Lee and his staff have been so helpful. I also want to highlight their nurse, Dawn. I called Dawn a million times a week between getting paperwork done for work, reiteration if doctor's orders, or anything in between. Every time, Dawn has been so helpful and patient, even when she's had to repeat herself. If you're looking for an orthopedic surgeon, you've found the right one.

The office staff is not honest; nor do they care (except for the surgical coordinators - they are great). This will be the third surgery on my spine and the original doctor wanted to bring me in and do the same thing for a third time. Problem is the L4 L5 keep slipping. And the L4 is clearly very inflamed. Dr Kopacz went over the MRI with me and explained what's happening with my spine. He explained what needs to be done to prevent this from happening again. He was very personable and had a very sweet disposition. He never rushed, he took his time and explained everything to me. Including all the things that can go wrong. This will be a four hour surgery including having to put a cage in my spine BUT to do this he will need a vascular surgeon because they will be going in through the front then turn me over and put the screws in the back. I was most impressed with the amount of time he spent with me. One of the reasons I initially called his office was because of his education and his reviews. People really love him. I was definitely impressed with his knowledge and he explained everything in layman terms not physician terms. He makes sure you understand. I would definitely recommend Dr Kopacz.

He truly understands the runners mentality and does a super job explaining what your issue is, and how he can help it. He also personally grades every new running sneakers that comes out and categorizes it appropriately. In my case, he was able to recommend 4 different pairs of running shoes, and along with an orthopedic, I was up and running pain free in no time. To summarize, he saw my injury, diagnosed the cause. Advised me on the timeline it will take to heal, and then worked on trying to find a solution. This isn't an exact science, and we played with different sneaker inserts and sneakers, but eventually we found the right combo. Since meeting him, I was able to finish two Ironmans and 2 more marathons; and he's by far the biggest reason I was able to. September 28, 2026 Please note that my 4-star review above…read morerelates ONLY to the Food & Kitchen service at CCCG. Hi, I have lived as a Resident at CCCG nursing home since September 2020, and still live here. I am a 71 year old woman. I know the Kitchen staff well and I am really pleased to give some "shout outs" to those I know best. First, the morning full-time chef, Rose, is first rate in her job! It's a fine breakfast menu and Rose makes sure that the food is delivered hot and on time. Pretty impressive when you realize that this is about a 200-bed facility. And, there are many special menus each and every day either for dietary reasons, or at the requests of doctors, or for special requests to due any particular medical testing a Resident may be undergoing. Rose makes sure we all get what we need. Add to that the fact that Rose is a lovely and caring person. She has always been ready to help me in any way possible. Now, I do not know every member of the Kitchen staff by name, but I do know some by name who also deserve a "shout out." Specifically, Lloyd, who I think is the Assistant Manager of the Kitchen. He has never failed to make sure I get my many "special requests" for dinner and has even been known to personally deliver it to my room so it's not late. He's got a bit of a race to get from the lower lobby all the way up 3 stories to my 2nd floor room (at the very end of the hallway) and he always does it with a smile. Another special staff member is Barbara who is a safe bet to pitch in where necessary whenever needed. Always with a smile and friendly attitude towards all of us. I'm beginning to think that her job is just do everything! Also, I absolutely do not want to leave out those staff who are known for doing a yeoman's job throughout the entire process of "working on the line" for each meal and every day. They work from the very start to the very finish when all is cleaned and prepped for the next meal or the next day. The men are Anthony, Luke, Norman and King. They are all great and very friendly toward the Residents. It's really an "all hands on deck" process in the Kitchen. The women are all part of the process along with the men as they work side by side in a rhythmic dance of their very own, all without crashing large, heavy food carts into each other, or more importantly, into a Resident! When I see them doing this work as I pass them on my way to the beautiful, large outdoor patio I just think "Wow, I'm glad I'm retired!" ‍ So when speaking of the Kitchen staff service at CCCG as a whole I must add back in Barbara and the other women I see, but unfortunately do not know their names. In addition, there are the other men whose names I don't know. They all work alongside each other. I wish I did know all of their names especially as they are so darn friendly and always have a hello for any of us. But I did warn you at the beginning that I am a 71 year old woman and I blame my inability to remember the name of all of the staff members at CCCG on my age. I gave you fair warning at the beginning of this review. ‍ In selecting a nursing home I hope that you find my review useful for yourself or your loved one. Overall, I am happy here.

After three days and ZERO physical therapy, bad food, and neglect, we took her home and are trying to manage on our own. 2 stars instead of 1 because there was one nurse's aide who really took time to thoroughly clean her up.
