She is part of the infinity primary care system. I really like Dr. Fitzgibbons. For my primary appointment, she spent a good 45 minutes with me, and I had some pretty strong concerns that she spent time talking to me about. She is extremely friendly and approachable. The office is busy. If you get an afternoon appointment, you may be waiting for a bit past your appointment time. There are many doctors there, so if you have to come in for something and Dr. Fitzgibbons is full, you can see someone else (her hours, btw, are Monday and Wednesday 9-5 and Thursday 9-12). So far I've been extremely pleased with the attention and care I have received there. They also have an email system set up so you can communicate with your doctor by email, which I like a lot since you can play a lot of phone tag with doctors normally.

I had seen the negative reviews for this office but decided to give it a chance thinking maybe they'd addressed some of the concerns from previous patients. I should have trusted the reviews. I was truly appalled by the hideous attitudes of a majority of the staff members at this office (doctors aside). The women at the front desk spoke with a rude tone and volume to every person who checked in. Privacy and tact do not exist here. When asked to fill out a form, I was not clear on instructions and requested clarification. The response from the woman at the desk made it clear that I was an inconvenience to her. These same women are consistently chatting and having side conversations as if they don't notice you're even there. Clearly, patient care is not a priority here and the staff members are not trained or interviewed for appropriate customer service skills.

Totally wrong to be sent in the opposite as wrong direction while you're severely damaged as badly injured from some bad work found around. Not to mention that he FAILED to put as list any LIFTING and MANUAL RESTRICTIONS for my DAMAGED spinal cord and spine that he was well aware of it and any caring family doctor would have done so right, if truly as humanly cared about all my experienced severe PAIN. However he (obviously) acted (beyond) poor minded as ignorant in my (DISCRIMINATION with HEALTH ABUSE) case as he hasn't provided neither any right healthcare treatment nor professional as human needed support needed in which instance he should have done both but he horribly as horrendously intentionally failed at, so my close family and the informed local police department abused me a lot because of his professional healthcare negligence and inhuman treatment applied. To make matters a lot worse not to look to be at any fault, he most likely wanted to pass me for my mother's and brother's combined level of insanity that he's well aware of and that I don't have any of it. However, I do have a lot of frustration because of all maltreatment not well received nor could be tolerated, which is a quite normal reaction once you're aggressed, abused, and ignored to normally react right, and just because of that you don't have to be also inhumanly as badly tortured by anyone as all bad and careless people around. Attached are some pictures of my severe damaged neck and spinal cord from work that he ignored, and as far as the psychiatrist he erroneously sent me to for no valid reason, I've posted what she deserved to receive with all damage made in my house while discriminated as abused by everybody as became disabled. As a last resort I called Livonia Family Medicine Associates since my PCP Dr Bradley works there. I called at 1PM, was seen via video visit at 3:30, and at 5:30 arrived home with my antibiotic script in hand. Five days of pills later, I was cured. My urgent care experience was terrible and unacceptable but my Livonia Family experience made me well. And my office visits have been fine as well. Thumbs way up for this place!

I wanted somebody closer to home and with years of experience. I made the appointment, read some reviews (all good) and met Dr. Rebock. Great personality, wonderful man, I knew I'd be in excellent hands. And it turns out, we have a mutual friend, another physician with whom he did his residency! Small world. Set up the surgery date with the front office, also excellent and friendly folks, and on June 25 went under the knife (open hernia repair). Too many people to name, but nurses, technicians, anesthesiologist, all were great pre and post op. I'm still on my way to recovery as this one was a mess, but next time I need surgery, and if it's within his realm, Dr. Rebock is where I'll go.

He came highly recommended by my family doctor and then when someone who works at Botsford, they too said he was awesome and a top notch doctor. I had inguinal hernia surgery. The appointments before hand were pretty quick. Parking was not an issue and he did a great job of calming my nerves about it. He told me all of my options and made recommendations on which one he would do based off of my concerns. The day after surgery I walked for a mile. The next week I was ahead of schedule and probably getting a little bit too far ahead of myself. I really pushed his work to the max and it held up perfectly. 2 months later I was playing baseball (which obviously relies on twisting the abdomen) and a year and a half later it has not reoccurred. He gives you a good time line as far as what to expect and when you can do certain activities.

I didn't even get a menu until the 2nd day when the really kind and professional nurse was on duty. I was told they didn't have heated blankets but he got me 2. I had to call multiple times just for a glass of ice until that day nurse. While they have a good selection of choices on the menu, when I was so nauseous, I had a hard time finding anything. I even had a gew meals ordered for me by the staff who didn't give me a menu. I excepted better.

Now I'm stressed and depressed from not only continuing my pregnancy but also not able to ever have children again. Have yet to receive proper care treatment plan from this experience. Future jobs are not honoring my diagnosis as a disability. Although I am a healthcare professional and a former employee. Now the doctors are saying I can't work in my profession and i believe I am being retaliated against. This was the best experience I ever had at a hospital; phsyc. After my divorce, my son stayed on his father's insurance. There was a balance on my son's account that I wasn't aware of until I tried to make an appointment. I was then informed that his account was in collections and I could not make an appointment for him. I was already scheduled for an appointment the following week and after speaking with his father informed him of the situation and that I would pay the bill at my appointment. I get to my appointment and settle the bill. AFTER making the payment, I was informed that they would no longer see him because the account went into collections. His father reached out to the office manager and found out that they were sending notices to his former address. They still refused to see my son who has been going here since he was a baby over a bill for $114. They need to rethink their policy especially in situations with blended families. I got no notice that my son's account was past due. Saying highly disappointed is an understatement. I will be looking for a new provider for myself and my sons.
