After a bit, I got a response stating she was ill and needed to reschedule. he did not reschedule then and after a week of hearing nothing from her. I reached out again to get it scheduled. It's been another week and no response from her to reschedule. Work appears to be good in pictures, but having an estimate done is a chore, which makes me think getting the actual work done could be a nitemare. So not impressed with this company at this time. I've put more work into getting this scheduled than the estimator.

He said, "If you ever have ANY problem, I am in Park City all the time, it is no problem for me to come over and see what is wrong." After installation, I called him every day for two weeks to tell him there was something wrong with the water softener. He finally came back and re-hooked up the water softener. Since then, I have had two problems and have called him repeatedly. He has never returned a call. The last problem was a total fail of the hot water heater, which heats our house. We had been out of town and the indoor temp of our house was 45 degrees. I called and begged him to call back. He never did. Use Thornton plumbing. They will answer your call and come and fix what is wrong. This guy is a jerk.

I made several follow-up text and phone calls to the employee and never heard back from him. I found the company and was advised this employee did not work there anymore. Very poor communication within their company as I was never notified regarding his departure or if my job was transferred to another employee. I was advised someone would contact me to get things sorted out. I never heard from anyone. I phoned the next week and was assured by the end of the week someone would call me. I never heard from anybody. My advice would be to not conduct business with a company that does not know how to communicate or return a phone call.

They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team.
