The bathroom was down to the studs and needed plumbing and electrical upgrades along with everything else a bathroom is made up of. David showed me choices in vanity and tile and kept me up to date. Did my remodel in 3 1/2 weeks and that's with the tenant living there. I will use David in the future as he replaced my tenants kitchen sink and fixed the front water line to be able to water the lawn and flowers. His crew is great and professional and so is he!

No backsplash in the kitchen, marks where backsplash had been removed 7. Green paint splash on the door frames because they did not tape them 8. Stove with an oven that does not work 9. Dishwasher that does not drain. 10. No screen on the kitchen window 11. A propane gas leak 12. No mirror in the bathroom 13. No washing machine 14. Woodwork falling apart 15. Mini split was installed crooked so that it does not drain properly. 16. Kitchen window is crooked. 17. Provided mini split is too small for the size of the container (9,000 btu instead of 12,000) Art Tiny Homes would not remedy any of the above or pay me to hire someone to remedy them. I took them to small claims court and we came to a resolution where they would pay me for repairs I had made and hire someone to take care of the rest or come and fix it themselves. They did not follow through with the resolution to I was forced to take them back to court. In court they agreed to another resolution where they would make automatic payments every month for 3+ years until the amount of the court ordered judgement was paid. After 4 months they stopped paying. I have 2 telephone numbers for Ty and 2 telephone numbers for Melissa. They do not answer their phones and all 4 mailboxes are full and the phone disconnects. This project involved drywall installation and fire tape finishing a storage room and utility room in my basement. They arrived early in the morning and completed the project that day.
