I have been attempting to follow up on an estimate, and can't reach anyone. The phone rings busy. Duper frustrating

Dan, Jim, and Team did a wonderful job reimagining our kitchen. Throughout the process, they were…read moretransparent about the status, gave their opinions without any pressure whatsoever to make a certain decision, and built our new kitchen with readily apparent pride and craftsmanship. I'm stunned by how the final product matches the original renderings so accurately -- this was our first construction project that had no unpleasant surprises! The team was like part of the family, and we were on a first name basis with everyone who came in to work on the project. Our home was always left clean and secure, making it much easier to be here while the construction was taking place. Through temporary walls and a dining room magically turned into a temporary kitchen that the team set up, we had a somewhat normal life as this was all taking place. We absolutely wouldn't hesitate to hire Hometown again or recommend them to anyone seeking a team that will work closely with you and truly care about your home.

These guys came and took measurements and were able to show me several different design options rendered on the computer. I chose the one I loved, and they advised me on every detail, right down to the trim, appliances, cabinetry, flooring, and backsplash tile, helping me to make my dream kitchen a reality within my budget. I could not be happier with how my kitchen turned out! I'm amazed that they were able to see the potential in what I thought was a lost cause and then make it a reality for me. My cramped cave-like kitchen is now bright, airy, and inviting! I cannot speak more highly of Hometown. Let them show you what they can do - you will not be disappointed!

I have never once gotten a promised quote for the work. This last time I went in nobody greeted me although there were several people working and several chatting amongst themselves. Finally someone helped me after I searched them out and asked for help. I provided my kitchen sketches and she promised an estimate. It never came. I went back in THE.NEXT.DAY. To show my husband some of the kitchens, and the woman who had spent 15 mins with me had no idea she had met me the day before. It's been 5 weeks and no estimate or follow up. Inde is owned by a builder. They use the showroom to help customers that are building a house pick their finishes. Which is fine but why bothering opening to the public if you're not even interested in working with the public? The sales reps are not interested in you unless you're building a home. Not even if you're doing a $40,000 kitchen remodel. Don't even bother. Also, if you are going to work with them look closely at their displays. The work is mediocre. And they want you to drive over an hour away to pick your counters!!!

Selma really got to know me and my family and kept us involved in every step of the design process. The inspiration was a whimsical fabric and bright bold colors. Selma was respectful of our needs with time and budget without sacrificing fun, function, safety or quality. Our nursery is one of a kind and will truly grow with my son from baby to boy!

During her management of our $40,000 kitchen project, Selma interacted very poorly with the contractors she selected, resulting in a number of delays and problems. We waited on materials for weeks or months that Selma had ordered incorrectly or used at the wrong stage of the contract. We never had a clear understanding of where our money was, or when our project would be done. We signed a contract with an estimated finish date of July 20th, 2018. Now, in mid-October 2018, we're still waiting on the project to be completed. We fired Selma last weekend due to her complete inability to keep a project on time or produce quality outputs. Selma is very reliable at one aspect of her job, however - she can consistently be relied upon to ask for more money. I will absolutely not recommend Selma to anyone for actual project work. If you simply need a design, give her a try. If you actually need someone to build anything, hire someone else.
