Haven fixed my foundation and put new gutters up. Was to start in October of 2025. It was November…read more It seemed when they were finished it was better, but still had places that needed adjustments and some that was left undone. Screens over gutters have since need some work. I'm still under contract and nothing's been done. My other project was they were going to redo my front porch rails, new flower bed border, new back deck, a few panels of lattice work on front porch, straighten and tighten up the boards and slats on front porch, and paint whole house ( my house is only 1100 sq. ft. ) was supposed to start first week of May. Then Felicia called and said it will be the 27th of May. No show, no call. I called them and she said well Travis our project manager has left us so don't know when anyone will be out. I kept calling, same old thing, don't know. Then got new project manager, Wyndell talked to him twice he came to house once and we were discussing the work and issue. Still nothing, called him back and he said he promised it will get done they haven't forgotten about me. Then I hear today they arrested Justice for scamming people or something to that extent. The check he refunded someone was on a closed account. Now I've already paid half down on my project and I won't my refund if the works not done real soon or I will be taking legal action cause I can't afford to lose my money. I have a 6 inch tear in my left shoulder rotator cuff. Got my first injection last Friday to help the pain, but will have to have it scoped cause injections don't heal the problem. Current project manager said I could call him anytime day or night and see what progress their making. I tried calling earlier to find out about all the crap I'm hearing about Justice, but no answer, so I left a text cause said voice mail wasn't set up or something to that affect. I really thought the first time I met Justice and talked to him he was really nice and professional and trustworthy cause a very important person referred me to him. The current project manager really seemed nice also and said he's an honest person and would take care of it that they haven't forgotten me. It's been over 2 months since they were supposed to start my project and now I'm hearing about what my family called and told me about. There's others also that are in the same boat. Being lead on by what was supposed to be an honest and great place to get quality work done. I guess if I don't hear something within a couple days at the most if I don't get a refund and it comes from a legit bank account or they don't get here ASAP to do my work. I'm getting a good lawyer. I feel bad for all the others that were and are being done wrong. It's just totally wrong. Totally. Don't they have any understanding or even care.
