I am a patient of Dr. Young and I would like to mention that he is an amazing doctor. From being…read morevery knowledgeable and providing patient education to great bedside manor. He is a very energetic and caring doctor who truly looks for the well-being of his patients. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Young for any of your feet problems. I was recommended to him by one of my co-workers at the hospital I am currently employed at.... And what a great recommendation. I had been having feet issues where it would just hurt at the bottom of my feet running around and standing all day at work. With a great exercise program to stretch out the soles of your feet, just a small poke to my feet to relieve the pain was all I needed from him. It's as if the pain was never there. My health insurance covered it all with the exception of my co-payment. To Dr Young, thank you sir and to anyone reading this yelp review... I am here to tell you he is a great doctor who happens to be a great person.

Dr Michaux is, hands down, the best chiropractor I've ever been to. He's patient, gentle, and…read moreknowledgeable, and his techniques have helped me very quickly. I've been struggling with hip pain and frozen shoulder for a couple of years. In only four 30-minute sessions, my hip and shoulder have improved enormously. He doesn't believe that patients should have to remain in chiropractic treatment for long periods of time - that relief can be gained quickly. He's making me a believer, too!

BEWARE BEWARE! this will be a long one !!…read moreI will say I did like most of the staff (not the dentist) But the office is INCOMPETENT beyond belief!!! I had an emergency situation, I called all the dental offices in the area to make sure that they took my insurance. SADLY I chose lavaca dental. upon arriving at the office after waiting three days, they lied and said that they called me to tell me they didn't take my insurance...funny she didn't have any of my information when I walked in (including phone number & NO PHONE RECORD OF A CALL) it was an emergency so I went ahead and did the procedure. after waiting a month and several visits (One of which they scheduled and weren't even open that day !!!) they did not honor their quote to me from my first visit they did not finish the treatment that I needed ! fighting the charges!!!!

I will not recommend this dentist office to anyone. I was not happy with the service and consider…read morethem to be overcharging me for "lab fees" over $500 vs my comparable quote. Unfortunately in my haste I didn't notice and therefore I have to say it was my own damned fault that I feel taken advantage of. While the hygienist was good, I was not happy with the dentist who apparently did not speak much English. I found he was one of the roughest dentists I've been to. Also unfortunately I paid the entire quote in advance after the first of several visits. When I realized my mistake I instructed them to cease all work and informed them I would pursue the rest of services from another provider. After no credit would be provided, I then disputed the charge with my credit card company and was informed that the dentist refused my claim. At present I plan to take them to small claims court. They are part of a large corporate chain, and my numerous requests to speak with a higher level have been ignored. Lessons to be learned: 1) Don't chose this dentist 2) If you do, only pay for the services as they are performed and not for the full scope of the quote in advance. I know dentists operate on a tight margin with high competition, but this one needs to be more ethical, more professional and more considerate.

An hour after our appointment time the doctor finally saw us. He asked my daughter's age and we said 16. He said he only sees patients 18 years and older. I was so upset. How could this office let me make an appointment, and have 2 opportunities to let me know when i got there (when I turned in the paperwork with her birtgday and when her vitals were taken). It was such a waste of time and I had to drive 40 minutes just to get the appointment. The staff is horrible there!
