. Customer service very poor Many extra charges that he will ask for to correct poor material used, poor workmanship ( gate with inadequate latch. and steps with mismatching handrails). Gate also not hung properly (binds at the latch post never fixed) Very long wait times for follow-up visits. Given very low priority after initial work completed. 5 weeks wait for first revisit never did get final visit (told would have to wait another 6 weeks ). Steps only have completed after first 2 days work completed. Adds penalty charges (300) for schedules changes only he knows about. Refuses to pickup leftover lumber and old valueless wheelbarrow All schedule changes were due to his truck problems . To having a flat tire , to stuck in traffic and getting sideswiped .then more truck Problems . I had to purchase and install my own gate latch. He said he could not find a latch with a handle I have a swimming pool so needed a regulation self closing latch. He said he needed to charge extra $125 to install my latch . Gate also made 18" wider than I talked to him about. Very difficult to get a gate that wide to be selfclosing. Just left to have to accept. No contact since threatening to start legal action and add more extra charges if final invoice not paid by midnight the day of invoice issue . I paid extra $300 just to stop his threats. Have not been able to contact since. Left with useless wheelbarrow and lumber . Some which I cannot move. (6 x 6 post) Be very aware of the penalty clauses in his contract. Started off good, But then fell apart within a month. I've been with a hanging broke gate for about a month now. Still haven't received a time frame on when it can get fixed. Most likely will never hear from him again since I've already paid. Not so good experience. Wouldn't recommend at all. Need to hire another person to fix smh read more

Alex and his team were hired, under signed contract, for unlimited snow removal and salting for the 2025/2026 winter season. It didn't start well with him not showing up for our initial visit and coming two days later. Throughout the course of our short relationship Alex repeatedly ignored my requests for service and salting and occasionally sending a sub contractor (twice) who cleared snow and didn't salt. The final straw came when he said the property had been serviced by a subcontractor and upon my arrival on site it had not. I called and he said he would be out that day. He did not come out. When I messaged him the next day he lied and said he actually had been out and the property didn't require service. I live in the snow belt, I can assure you the property did need service. At that moment, I cancelled the contract, requested a prorated refund for the remainder of the year (which he had demanded be paid in full upfront). I have not heard from him since.
