He has a terrific work ethic, and something very novel for this area, he showed up on time, and always called ahead to inform me of his arrival time.Jeremy installed irrigation drip lines, and lines to each of my pots. My many native plants, specimen maples are thriving after his work was completed. I have quite a lot of gravel and rock in my landscape, Jeremy used a product that locks down both my river rock and gravel; love it! His crew were hard working and also provided great service under Jeremy's leadership! They did a terrific job doing a property clean up. I would absolutely recommend Jeremy for all services from cleanup to design and execution, as well as irrigation. They all worked extremely hard and efficiently as well. Thanks!!!! Caution- 200+ dollars for estimate!…read more My contractor recommended JB to do some updates to my backyard system. The day they came over I was under the impression they were going to complete the service after giving me an estimate but unfortunately they had not scheduled enough time. Instead they charged me $200 to give me an estimate noting it to be a "service call". See highlighted invoice with "consultation fee" over 200 dollars! No service was provided and the technician spent just 25 minutes evaluating my set up. I felt taken advantage of on my first meet as estimates should be "free". It took them a month to come back and do the update and I was texted a date for that service with out consideration of my availability that date. I felt a little stuck though because they already had $200 of mine. I really wish they inspected the rest of my system to ensure it was working properly like other companies offered. Don't take my review lightly. I'm trying to help consumers avoid the mistake I made.
