The food tasted really good but my partner thought the fish was a bit oily but when I was eating it tasted ok to me. It wasn't until the car ride home that my tummy started to disagree with all the oil I had eaten. Besides this factor it is differently worth the drive out. To have a nice meal with an amazing view. Another plus is that it has Eftpos. (Most small Fish and Chip place are still cash only) They had really good vaule for money. As our fish and chips was enough for two people. I also liked the factor that they had their manu on a TV screen witch made it easy to view what they had on offer. Over all would reccomand this place.

The food was cooked fresh for me and delivered in a big bag- my chips and calamari were in separate boxes, too, and they both filled up a big box each. Seven bucks for the lot!!! Can you say I'm stoked? It's great grub- talk about fluffy chips- and heaps of it, and the bag had their business card stapled to it too, so Ill be keeping that on hand for convenience. We both typically get 1 order each and it's neither too little or too much. I have a bigger and 'meatier' appetite than my wife, but I grab any leftovers from her so it works out pretty well. The fish is perfectly cooked: Soft and hot on the inside, nice and crispy on the outside and it's not overly battered, burnt or oily... It's what I would consider the perfect battered fish. There's no heavy seasoning (of salt or anything else) which I appreciate. They give you a slice of lemon and you can opt to get sauce (which we do) to give the fish more flavour. The chips too are perfectly fried with the outside being nice and crispy and the inside being soft and hot. Other than that, the service speed is neither lightening fast nor is it unbearably slow. And the place is deli-style small so don't expect a quick turnaround if there's a line. But what I will say is that if you happen to be waiting - the food will be worth the wait.
