Great selection…read more Staff is good. Appropriate pricing for quality. Have always enjoyed whatever I have gotten from here, fresh and tasty. But, in the event something wasn't to my liking, I'm sure a quick chat with staff or manager would have resolved it faster than writing 3 paragraphs about my experience on this site. Keep up the good work.

Everything about this store is wrong. Their prices are outrageous for what you get and the help is…read morerude. The people at the registers are always nasty and never courteous. No matter how nice a customer is to them, they are "nasty." The prices are exorbitant for what you get, and especially during the holidays they take full advantage. I would rather travel a bit farther to another store than to shop here. The only reason they are busy at times is because there aren't many other options. If Faicco's were nearby, Livoti would close their doors. I understand prices have gone up but theirs are outrageous. At least if you're going to take advantage of people, smile at the checkout so we do t feel so bad about it!!!

Great old school deli! Went there recently because I was craving a great big old fashioned deli…read moresandwich. EHP did not disappoint. I got The Hangover sandwich which is Polish ham, old fashioned smoked ham, salami, smoked gouda, green leaf lettuce, tomato, onion, and beer mustard on a Portugese roll. This is not Thumanns or Boars Head deli meat. All meats are made and smoked on premises in the old school European tradition with no preservatives. The quality shows when you take a bite into their sandwiches. That beer mustard was the perfect complement to the other ingredients. The sandwich was lovingly and carefully prepared by the lovely young lady behind the counter who was so friendly and accommodating. No Jersey Mike's for me! This is where I go when I crave a real sandwich.

Today my wife and I got sandwiches from the mini mart…read more For context I have been buying mozzarella and bread from then since they opened. We ordered the broccoli rabe with chicken and the Staten Italy. Both sandwiches were amazing. The seeded bread had a great crisp to it, gave a very subtle hint of sweet inside and soaked up the oil and vinegar on the Staten Italy. With a very generous amount of meat and the perfect amount of LTO this is defiantly one of my favorite new sandwiches. The broccoli rabe was also fantastic. Mind you, when we called to place the order, they let us know it would take 20 min TO MAKE FRESH and even took my number to call me when it was done so I wasn't waiting! This was above and beyond helpful (even thou I am only two blocks away) as I was able to get all my kids home and then take a quick run out once ready. I appreciated the service, how polite Janice was on the phone that took our order and how they went out of their way at 1pm on a Saturday to make fresh broccoli rabe and then let me know when it was ready so I could relax at home. Not only will I be back again for my biweekly bread and mozzarella I will be enjoying lunch on a regular basis. As my Staten Island wife said "that's a real NY hero" (after tasting my Staten Italy) to which I debated hoagie vs hero vs sub... there was no debating how great both sandwiches were.
