My grandmother showed Helen a picture of the chairs and after month of no response my grandmother had to call her to follow up to see if she was able to return her chairs- she didn't return and responded with attitude" what do you want me to do?". My grandmother had to end up taking this company to court for not providing service and for essentially stealing my grandmothers chairs. Don't do business with this company!!!

After speaking i paid the 25% which was agreed upon initially. The second part of the issue was the quality. There was visible pen marks on multiple pieces and a wavy welt cord.
