Initially, I just asked for repair of the seat cover, but when I brought up how uncomfortable the seat was, Josh recommended a simple modification to the seat cushioning while the cover was being repaired. After 3 additional years of use the upholstery finely pulled apart and the foam in the edge of the seat had started breaking down to the point that the seat was uncomfortable.
