I am a level one yoga student and never paddleboard before. Absolutely the best yoga class ever. I will definitely be doing more standup paddleboard yoga in the future to improve my Yoga. Nicole was great at Instructing me on how to learn the basics of standup paddle-boarding. There was a little bit of a challenge paddling it in to a wind. The fun really started moving in to the different yoga positions. Nicole did an excellent job leading the yoga and how to maneuver into the yoga positions while keeping my balance on the paddle-board. The sun on the water and the magic of being out doors in nature is what made this the absolutely the best yoga experience. Nicole's love of both paddle boarding and yoga makes her the best instructor for this class. So this was a nice way to spend the morning. We were greeted on time, given great instruction, and went out for some exercise and nature. We have zero SUP experience and only swim in the ocean during vacations. The guide is knowledgeable and patient. I wondered if he knew how to herd cats, because he was able to paddle to each rogue who got confused with wind and current. He gave great specific instructions on how to get the board where it needed to be. Zero drama with the tour!! I did not fall in the ocean so came back completely dry! The power breakfast served after at a little cafe across the lot is great. It's healthy and staff are friendly and courteous. The coffee, latte, and tea choices are excellent. I did sup yoga with Nicole. What a great experience. The owners Barrett and Jennifer are great. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Nicole was wonderful as well. The big treat was having manatees swimming around us during class! I also took a private lesson with Jennifer. I can't say enough about that experience. She starts with board and paddle basics. Next a review of safety on the paddle board. Then I learned some paddling techniques. Jennifer is very knowledgeable, professional, and really nice. I have a hard time going into Barrett and Jenn's ridiculously adorable store without finding something else to add to my SUP collection. Their passion for being on the water is contagious. Always ready to paddle and quick to help me learn how to become efficient on my AMAZEBALLS HD touring Bote! Which I love so much that now I have a second one. They give great tours and private lessons right from the back of their shoppe located on a wildlife tributary off the Indian River Lagoon. We had an amazing time kayaking during our time in Vero Beach! We went to Round Island and got to see so many dolphins and manatees that came straight up to our boat. The water and the views are absolutely wonderful. We rented the kayaks from Shel and she was the best! We were educated prior to our trip and she was so accommodating and helpful in every single way. She was so nice and I most definitely recommend this place! We will definitely rent from here when we come back to Vero! read more

I did the morning venture with breakfast. Jen was my guide and she was great to work with! Through her patient explanations she showed me the correct technique for stand up paddle boarding and I had a blast! This was a great trip for a beginner like me. We spotted a family of dolphins and had a great morning on the river. I highly recommend using this outfitter. We went for a paddle with Barrett. We had three adults and three kids and all ages had an absolute blast. Barrett was fantastic. The equipment was top notch and the level of difficulty/attention was spot on. Really enjoyed ourselves and would NO DOUBT visit these guys each year as we head down to the Vero area to visit family. Our large group came from Colorado and had the best time! The morning paddle boarding excursion was awesome, we saw a baby shark! Breakfast was included with our tour and it was excellent. We had a party of 5 (three adults and two kids) for a morning mangrove tour with two tandem kayaks and one sup. We had an amazing time. Sea Sup Go of vero beach are the best. i brought my father out from CT for a paddle and we saw dolphins, sting rays, big fish and calm waters in the indian river right by there shop. we had so much fun gaining a different perspective of vero beach. great activity to do on a hot day and relax. read more
